On Saturday, November 22nd, 2025, at 4:20 a.m., while investigating a reported threat of violence and a leash law violation at [80 BLOCK] Red Leaf Lane, Gregory Hayes, who had no involvement in the altercation, showed up highly intoxicated and began arguing with officers. I repeatedly asked Mr. Hayes to walk away, his mother, [REDACTED], pushed him inside the house and tried to calm his loud, boisterous behavior.
As officers continued speaking with suspects, Mr. Hayes came back outside, still loud and boisterous, using profane language and interfering with officers at the scene. Mr. Hayes did admit to drinking one beer and smelled strongly of an alcoholic beverage. He was then placed under arrest and transported to jail without further incident.
