On Sunday the date of 06-28-2026 at the time of 1342 Hours I, Cpl. Villagomez SO 05, was dispatched to assist City of Summerville Units Officers Aaron Wentz SPD 110 and Officer Smith SPD 114 to an address at [100 BLOCK] Steven Street in Summerville in regards to a Domestic in progress at this address.

Upon arrival and further investigation by Officer’s Wentz and Smith it was determined that this started in the County at a residence at [300 BLOCK] White Oak Road. During speaking with the victim, Ms. [VICTIM #1], she reported that her and James Dixon were at her house at [300 BLOCK] White Oak Road. The Victim reported that he was just a friend who has been continously trying to have a relationship with her. She reported while at her house that Mr. Dixon was possibly in an intoxicated state and wanted to have sexual intercourse with her and she refused.

She reported to me that he began to hit her with his hands and began slapping her and clawing her. Ms. [VICTIM #1] reported that she was grabbed on her breast area during the process and clawed in that area with his nails. Ms. [VICTIM #1] reported that Mr. Dixon bent her over her bed in an attempt to have sex with her by force while his pants were down, she reported that this is when she broke away from him, out of fear she got into the motor vehicle with him and they traveled to the address of [100 BLOCK] Steven Street in Summerville and the arguing continued there.

I then photographed the markings on her body and on her breast area while I had her fill out a Witness statement form due to her wanting to press criminal charges. I then walked over to interview Mr. Dixon and due to him being in handcuffs detained By Officer Smith I then read him Miranda Warning in which he became irate then shortly agreed to talk. He denied anything that happened at [300 BLOCK] White Oak Road. I could not make out some of the words he was saying due to him being belligerent and agitated.

Shortly after speaking with Officer Wentz I then placed Mr. Dixon formally under arrest. During transporting him to Officer’s Smith’s patrol unit he began to become belligerent again jerking and swinging his elbows and began to resist after being told to stop. When during opening Officer Smith’s vehicle he began to face towards me and pulled away from me again and began to be verbally aggressive towards me by saying “what’s up” as if he wanted to fight. He was placed in the vehicle and transported to the Chattooga County Jail.
