On June 17th 2026 at 2202 hours I, Deputy Matt Wilson was dispatched to [2200 BLOCK] Spring Creek Rd in reference to a domestic that was possibly physical.

Upon arrival, I made contact with a male identified as [VICTIM #1]. Deputy Adam Dawson arrived on scene and made contact with the female involved in the domestic later identified as Jessica Delee. I asked [VICTIM #1] to tell me what had happened. While speaking to [VICTIM #1] I did smell a strong odor of alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath.

[VICTIM #1] stated that his wife Jessica Delee had been upset and irate all day and he has tried to stay away from her for the most part. He stated that she had been drinking. He stated that she was upset because she couldn’t find her phone and began taking it out on him and their children. He stated that he took the the children and went to his and Jessicas room to get away from her, he stated he did shut the door. He stated she began to get even more irate and and attempted to open the door and started to push it open.

He stated he was behind the door trying to keep her out because of her behavior. He stated she was using profane language and was being loud and boisterous. He stated she was able to push the door and actually broke the door off the hinges. He did show me the door and I observed it damaged and off the hinges. He did state it happened in front of the children. I asked if the home belonged to them or they were renting, he stated that he rents from [REDACTED]. I asked if I could speak to the oldest child, he stated the oldest was 16 and said I could speak with her.

I asked the 16 year old juvenile to come speak with me away from everyone and she complied. I asked her what happened. She stated her mother was upset and being irate about her phone. She stated that they went to their parents room and shortly after her mother broke the door down. I ended the conversation. I could tell all the juveniles were terrified of Jessica’s actions.

I went to speak with Jessica. While speaking to her I could smell a strong odor of alcoholic beverage emitting from her person, I then asked her what happened. She stated nothing that she was just having a verbal argument with [VICTIM #1], I asked her what happened to the door, and she stated that she did break the door off the hinges, she then asked if she was going to jail, I then advised her at this time she was under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. She stood up and placed her hands behind her back and I placed her in handcuffs. She was escorted to my patrol vehicle and secured. I went back and spoke with [VICTIM #1].

[VICTIM #1] was advised on the charges Jessica was receiving and he understood. He stated [REDACTED] would not care about the door and that he would get that fixed himself, I then ended the conversation with [VICTIM #1].

I transported Jessica to the Chattooga County Jail without any further incidents.
