I, Deputy Clark (SRO) was notified on 11/19/2025 by Asst. Principal [REDACTED] from Leroy Massey Elementary School located in Summerville, Ga., regarding a social media post on Facebook.

During the course of the investigation, it was determined that suspect/offender Lovell did exploit an 11 year old child by way of putting the juvenile’s photograph (picture displaying the juvenile’s face while sitting down on a school bus) and full name on Facebook under the name “Jordan Love” with intent to locate the juvenile and/or the parents further stating “it’s time to handle business”. The above mentioned juvenile does attend Leroy Massey Elementary School with Lovell’s children. Lovell referred to the juvenile as “bastard a*s son”, “little bastard” and “motherf*cker” in the post. Lovell replied “Leroy Massey Elementary School” to a question on the Facebook post regarding what school the juvenile attended. The post was a public post and was shared and re-posted by others.

I, Deputy Clark spoke with the victim juvenile’s grandmother on 11/20/2025 who described her feelings of the post to be scary and disturbing. She stated she feels now that she will have to be at the bus stop to insure his safety. She expressed the feeling that harm would be done to him and/or them if this person found him.

I, Deputy Clark was informed by Dr. [WITNESS #1] (Principal), that she recieved a phone call from Lovell after Lovell met in person earlier the same day regarding the Facebook post and school issues. Dr. [WITNESS #1] stated during the phone conversation Lovell appoligized for the post about the child and had removed the posting that accompanied the picture of the juvenile and left an online apology.

Warrants were sought for Stalking, Disorderly Conduct and Harassing Communications.
