On Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at approximately 21:45, I was dispatched to [20 BLOCK] Church Street in response to a reported domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant, Ms. [VICTIM #1], at the residence.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] reported that the suspect, Ms. Katelyn Martin, arrived at the residence with the intent to engage in a physical altercation with her aunt, Ms. [VICTIM #2]. According to Ms. [VICTIM #1], Ms. Martin became physically aggressive during the incident, seizing Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s cellphone from her hand as she attempted to record the event. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that Ms. Martin fled the scene after learning that law enforcement had been notified.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] provided video footage of the incident, which I reviewed at the scene. The video depicted Ms. Martin exhibiting violent and disorderly behavior, consistent with Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s account.

I proceeded to the known residence of Ms. Katelyn Martin to locate her, but she was not present. Subsequently, Ms. Martin contacted 911 and voluntarily surrendered to authorities. She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Chattooga County Jail for processing.
