On 09/08/2025 at 0331 hours, I Deputy G Whitworth, was dispatched to [800 BLOCK] Ballenger Rd, in reference to the complainant, Mandy Lee, advising dispatch that Advent satellites were harassing and threatening her.

Myself and Deputy Garmany arrived at this location and met with Ms. Lee. She first stated something about her vehicle window being shot by a BB at the Carousel Inn and I advised her that’s Trion and asked what’s going on right now. She stated that satellites were harassing her, threatening her, and physically assaulting her. I asked if she has mental health issues and she loudly asked “do you!” I advised her she has called too much for nonsense that could never happen and advised her she was under arrest for interfering with 911 and as I went toward her she began backing up and screaming.

Myself and Deputy Garmany had to physically place her against the fender of the camper she was staying in so as to get her handcuffed. I then placed her in my patrol vehicle and she continued acting irate. I transported her to the jail and she continued talking non-sense about what these satellites were doing to her. After she was at the jail, I went to dispatch and had them compile a list of her 911 calls for incidents and over the last few months discovered the following: (which is the narrative on the blue facts sheet that I turned in for charges).

On 09/08/2025 at 0328 hrs, the defendant did call 911 stating that she was being harassed and threatened by Advent Satellites. We arrived on scene and she stated that satellites were harassing her, threatening her, and physically assaulting her as none of these events could be possible.

On 08/13/2025 at 0146 hrs defendant called 911 again and stated she was being threatened but didn’t want to meet with an officer and wasn’t going to walk to the end of the road to open gate at 3 in the morning. Dispatch advised if she didn’t meet with an officer there wasn’t anything they could do, and she told dispatch that she was glad they said that so she will have it recorded for court, once again disrupting 911 service and harassing a communication officer.

On 08/14/2025 at 2233 hrs defendant called 911 in reference to a terroristic threats and assault and stated “that’s not 911, it’s a bullsh*t” and hung up. Then she called 911 back one minute later at 2234 hrs and stated “another bullsh*t call, to make another bullsh*t report” and hung up, therefore making this two more times disrupting 911 service and harassing a communications officer also using this vulgar language in the process.

On 07/19/2025 at 0916 hrs defendant called again stating satellites were harassing her, assaulting her, cut and poisoned her, and sexually assaulting her. She further stated they were saying disgusting things to her, once again disrupting 911 service, and making a false report due to the fact that these type events would be impossible for satellites to do.

Upon myself and Deputy Garmany affecting her arrest on 09/08/2025 at 0406 hrs for the listed charges, she did resist arrest by backing up, not putting her hands behind her back as directed, so officers had to become physical with her and hold her against the fender of her camper in order to handcuff her. She was screaming and did become combative.
