On Wednesday the date of 08-27-2025 at the time of 1023 hours I, Cpl. Villagomez SO 06, placed a phone call to Mr. [VICTIM #1] per E-911 in reference to an assault that had occurred on Monday, 8-25-2025 @ 1840 hours .

Upon speaking to Mr. [VICTIM #1] he verbally stated that his jaw was broken and had fractures to his face. Due to the nature of his injuries I requested that he meet me in person. I then met with Mr. [VICTIM #1] at the lot of the Triangle in Trion and during speaking with Mr. [VICTIM #1] he verbally stated that two days ago he was at Northern Heights Circle @ Saunders Road in the county due to a brake issue with his truck. He stated that during this a Mr. Pasqual London subject attacked him inside the truck with closed fist by striking him in the face repeatedly.

Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that the argument stemmed over Mr. London’s previous arrest for Theft by Deception. Mr. [VICTIM #1] verbally stated that after this Mr. London took off. Mr. [VICTIM #1] left eye appeared to be Swollen shut completely and half of his left face appeared to me to be swollen. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that he waited two days to report the crime due to Mr. London and him being friends in the past and also fearing Mr. London would retaliate if authorities were alerted.

Mr. [VICTIM #1] produced documents from Advent Health showing that he had a Maxillofacial fracture which is a mid face fracture that connects to the Jaw bone. Mr. [VICTIM #1] also has a Zygoma Fracture which is a bone in the face and a Orbital Fracture which is a break in the eye socket according to the Advent Health documents with his name on them that stemmed from the altercation. Mr. [VICTIM #1] verbally stated as well in the interview that he would have to have his jaw wired shut per the doctor.

I then photographed Mr. [VICTIM #1] face and had him fill out a witness statement form and then traveled at 1215 hours to speak with an eye witness that allegedly witnessed this happen at 4515 Highway 27 (Summerville Motel Room #[REDACTED]).

During speaking with an eye witness Mr. [WITNESS #1] he verbally stated that Mr. [VICTIM #1] got into his pick up truck on Northern Heights Circle and he witnessed a black male attack him with closed fist on the driver’s side of the pick up truck. I then Had Mr. [WITNESS #1] fill out a witness statement form as well on the event that he witnessed. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated he didn’t have an phone and had to use Facebook messenger.

I then obtained copies of these documents that were produced to me by Mr. [VICTIM #1] as well as recording both interviews with the victim, Mr. [VICTIM #1], and the eye witness Mr. [WITNESS #1] on my body worn camera. I was unable to interview Mr. London due to the uncertainty of his where abouts and him having a warrant out of Hamilton County, Tennessee. I will be seeking a warrant for the arrest of Mr. London for the offense of Aggravated Battery – Felony.
