On the date of 10-21-2025 at or around 21:07 hours, I, Deputy Claxton arrived at 11170 Highway 27 Summerville Georgia, 30747 (Marvin’s Building Supply Parking Lot) for a rolling domestic that took place.

As I arrived and activated my BWC, I noticed multiple parked vehicles in that area with multiple teenage individuals. After speaking to the group, it was revealed that the two parties involved were Payton Penson and Grayson Plant. An apparent altercation that had been ongoing between the two parties had escalated to Payton while in his vehicle was being chased around the parking lot by Grayson who was in his vehicle. The original called placed Chattooga E-911 stated that both vehicles had been driving recklessly and the individual in the truck (Grayson) had attempted multiple times to exit his vehicle and enter the explorer before the explorer would speed away.

Payton returned to the scene and spoke with me about the ongoing altercation and showed me a message from Grayson that stated he would beat his head in that was sent today prior to the incident in the parking lot.

Greyson returned to the parking lot, and I spoke with him about the altercation, and he stated he had sent the message to Payton but that it was Payton that had started the incident in the parking lot by attempting to start a fight with him.

Both males where detained and placed into separate patrol cars. While still speaking with the parents of Grayson a witness [WITNESS #1] to the entire event came back to the scene and confirmed the on going incident and that Payton had tried to start the fight. He also stated that he saw both parties screaming at each other and driving around the parking lot in a wild manner.

Both parties were placed under arrest for disorderly conduct due to their actions that led both Grayson and Payton to be placed in reasonable fear for their safety during the incident. Deputy Reynolds transported Payton Penson and I Transported Grayson Plant to the Chattooga County Jail without incident.
