On 06/28/2026 at 0140, Officer Pledger and I were dispatched to [500 BLOCK] Highland Ave for a reported physical domestic in progress.
While investigating, we saw a group of bystanders on 6th Street, next to the address, shouting that a domestic was happening there. Deputy Wilson and I ran over and found Mrs. Tikeria Clowers and Mrs. [REDACTED] in a heated verbal argument. We separated them, but Mrs. Clowers became very irate, yelling profanities at us and causing a scene in the street. She appeared intoxicated, slurring her words, with a strong smell of an alcoholic beverage coming from her person. We told her several times to calm down and leave, or she would be arrested. She continued to be loud and boisterous. She was then arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct and transported to the county jail.
