On above date and time I, Deputy A. Garmany #14 and Deputy J. Reynolds #11 was dispatched to above location in reference to a two car motor vehicle accident that occurred on the private lot.
While en route We were advised the subject from the motor vehicle accident were actively fighting in the parking lot. Due to our extended response time I advised Chattooga County E911 to dispatched City of Summerville Police Officers for assistance.
Before I arrived on scene I was advised that the Suspect had left the scene heading towards the City Limits. When I arrived on scene and a short time later so did the Male Suspect driver of the Nissan Altima. I asked the Male Suspect later identified as Zacheriah JonJock why did he leave the scene and The Male Suspect advised that he does door dash and he had just picked up his customers food and had to deliver the food.
While speaking with the Male Suspect I asked him what happened and he advised that he was in the first parking reserved parking area and advised that he looked and didn’t see anyone as he was backing up and all of sudden he backed into the Victim’s vehicle as she was pulling around the building.
I then went over to the victim vehicle and asked her who later identified as [VICTIM #1], the Female Victim, stated that she was coming around the building and that’s when the Male suspect backed into her vehicle. The Female stated the Male Suspect jumped out of his vehicle yelling and screaming at them using profanity towards her and her passengers. The Female Victim then stated the Male Suspect jumped back into his vehicle and left the scene.
There was noticeable damage on the passenger side of the Female Victim’s vehicle and also noticeable damage on the Male Suspect’s rear bumper. I placed The Male Suspect under arrest for leaving the scene of an accident. The male suspect was then transport to the Chattooga County Jai without incident.
