[NARRATIVE #1 on May 22, 2025]

On 5/22/2025 at 11:37 pm, I talked with [VICTIM #1] at [300 BLOCK] Fairview Road, Ball Ground, GA 30107, in reference to a domestic dispute that had already occurred.

[VICTIM #1] stated the following. On the morning of August 21, 2024, [VICTIM #1] was physically beaten up by her ex-boyfriend, Adonias Ambrocio Vasquez, at [500 BLOCK] Sunset Drive, Canton, GA 30114. [VICTIM #1] was eighteen years old at the time. [VICTIM #1] spent the night at Adonias’s house. [VICTIM #1] and Adonias have not lived together, had kids together, or been married.

[VICTIM #1] woke up that morning because Adonias’s mom called him multiple times. [VICTIM #1] believes that the phone calls triggered Adonias to become angry. Adonias described [VICTIM #1] as being extra. [VICTIM #1] was just in Adonias way of getting things done, such as work. Adonias began yelling at her. Adonias was mad at [VICTIM #1] for not saying anything. Adonias wanted [VICTIM #1] to express her anger.

While yelling at [VICTIM #1], Adonias pushed [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] responded by pushing Adonias back. Adonias’s face appeared angry towards [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated her heart dropped from Adonias’s facial expression. Adonias got aggressive towards [VICTIM #1]. Adonias grabbed onto [VICTIM #1]’s arms to prevent her from leaving.

[VICTIM #1] claimed that Adonias grabbed her by the [REDACTED BY AGENCY] with both hands for about thirty seconds. [VICTIM #1] was [REDACTED BY AGENCY] but did not lose consciousness. [VICTIM #1] did not see stars. From 0 to 10, [VICTIM #1] rated the [REDACTED BY AGENCY] pain a 6 or 7. Adonias let go of [VICTIM #1]’s [REDACTED BY AGENCY] on his own. [VICTIM #1] dropped to the ground on her own, preventing Adonias from leaving the room.

[VICTIM #1] wanted to calm Adonias down and speak with him. Adonias kicked [VICTIM #1] in the rib cage. After being kicked, Adonias left the room. [VICTIM #1] remained on the floor crying. Adonias returned and told her to stop crying and get out. [VICTIM #1] got up and got her things together. There was no one else at the house during the physical altercation. [VICTIM #1] couldn’t remember much from the dispute. [VICTIM #1] later checked for marks on her [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. There were no bruises or marks around her [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

After being assaulted by Adonias, he dropped [VICTIM #1] off at her car. [VICTIM #1] returned to Adonias’s home to comfort him. [VICTIM #1] helped Adonias prepare for school. Adonias attends Chattahoochee Tech College. [VICTIM #1] had recorded video of her [REDACTED BY AGENCY] after the assault and saved the videos. I observed the footage and noticed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] on both of her [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I did not see any time or date stamps on the video. In March 2025, [VICTIM #1] told her parents, [REDACTED] and [REDACTED], about the incident.

On September 24, 2024, Adonias left a voicemail to [VICTIM #1]. Adonias stated in the voicemail, “[VICTIM #1], respectfully fu*k yourself, fu*k yourself…Fu*k off and never, ever, ever come back to my fu*king life. I’m fu*king done with you. Kill yourself…you were never sh*t, never will be. Kill yourself.” I did not add the entire voicemail to the narrative reference body camera recording. [VICTIM #1] and Adonias broke up sometime in October of 2024.

[VICTIM #1] recalled an addtional incident in the summer of 2023 as well. [VICTIM #1] visited Adonias and banged on the door and window when she arrived. [VICTIM #1] and Adonias got into a verbal dispute. During the verbal dispute, [VICTIM #1] alleged that Adonias slapped her in the face. [VICTIM #1] did not hit Adonias back. [VICTIM #1] did not remember much of the details from 2023. [VICTIM #1] did not have any marks or bruises from the slap.

During the investigation, [VICTIM #1] showed me screenshots of snapchat messages Adonias sent her back in 2024 telling her to kill herself. Adonias’s Snapchat username is [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [VICTIM #1] provided me with Adonias’s information. [VICTIM #1] did want to press charges against Adonias.

I provided [VICTIM #1] with a case number and explained how to acquire a copy of the report. I provided [VICTIM #1] with an Axon Community Link to obtain footage of her [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] recordings. [VICTIM #1] stated she has recently started running into Adonias. [VICTIM #1] is concerned that he may be following her. I told [VICTIM #1] how to obtain a temporary protective order (TPO) because Adonias has recently been in the same area as her.

At the time of this report, [VICTIM #1] has not uploaded anything to the Axon community link. I returned to service.

[NARRATIVE #2 on December 03, 2025]

On 12/3/2025 I was contacted by Det. Gergans in reference to a wanted individual. I was informed that she secured arrest warrants for Adonias Vasquez, reference case number SO25 007344, who lived at [500 BLOCK] Sunset Dr. She also provided me with copies of the arrest warrants via email.

I drove to the location and made contact with Adonias. I confirmed his name and birthdate before securing him in handcuffs. Cpl. Blackerby transported Adonias from his residence to the ADC. I informed Det. Gergans that the suspect was in custody.
