[NARRATIVE #1 on July 07, 2026]
On July 7th, 2026, I was dispatched to 2230 Holly Springs Parkway (Domino’s) regarding a female who opened her hotel room door, grabbed the pizza, and closed it without paying.
I arrived at Domino’s and began speaking with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated that he went to 2289 Holly Springs Parkway Unit [REDACTED]. When [VICTIM #1] knocked on the door, a female opened the door and snatched the pizza out of his hands and shut the door without paying for the pizza. [VICTIM #1] stated he knocked on the door multiple times, but no one ever came to the door. [VICTIM #1] then went back to Domino’s and explained to his manager what happened; he was told he would have to pay for the pizza with his own money.
I asked [VICTIM #1] if he wanted to press charges against the female for theft of services, he stated he did not want to press charges, but he just wanted the money for the pizza. I asked [VICTIM #1] how much the female owed for her pizza, and he stated 23 dollars.
I then went to 2289 Holly Springs Parkway Unit [REDACTED] and met with Sgt Stearns and Ofc Tirado. Once I arrived on scene, it appeared the male (Christoper Bostick) and the female (Ashly Tucker) seemed willing to pay for the pizza. I then called [VICTIM #1] to come to 2289 Holly Springs Parkway Unit [REDACTED] to retrieve the money owed for the pizza. Once [VICTIM #1] arrived on scene, Bostick handed him an unknown amount of money. [VICTIM #1] said, “This is extra,” and Bostick told [VICTIM #1] to keep it.
Shortly after, the Cherokee County Dispatch advised that Bostick had a warrant out for his arrest for felony violation of probation. The Cherokee County Dispatch also advised that there was no record for the name that Ashly had given Ofc Tirado previously. I then asked Bostick what Ashly’s name was. He began to mumble but was able to make out Ashley Tucker. I asked Bostick what her date of birth was, and he stated he did not know. While giving the information to the Cherokee County Dispatch, Ashly came out of the doorway to Unit [REDACTED] and used her right hand to punch Bostick in the right arm.
I was then able to obtain Ashly’s real name as Ashly Tucker with her proper birthday ([REDACTED BY AGENCY]/1986). I then ran Ashly’s name through the Cherokee County Dispatch and I also looked her up through GCIC. The returns indicated Ashly had multiple warrants through the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and the Cobb County Police Department. The Cherokee County Dispatch also confimred Bostick’s warrant was valid and to place a hold.
I then walked Bostick to the front of my patrol vehicle and searched him incident to arrest and did not locate any contraband on his person. I then took of Sgt Stearns handcuffs and placed my handcuffs around both wrist of Bostick ensuring to double lock them and check for proper fit. I placed Bostick in the rear of my patrol vehicle after ensuring no contraband was present. I then secured Bostick into a seat belt.
I transported Bostick to the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center without incident. Once at the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center, Bostick was turned over to jail staff.

[NARRATIVE #2 on July 07, 2026]
On 07/07/2026 at approximately 2100 hours, I, Officer Tirado, along with Officer Cantrell and Sgt. Stearnes, were dispatched to 2289 Highway 5 (Pinecrest Motor Lodge) in reference to a theft of services complaint. Cherokee Dispatch advised that a Domino’s Pizza delivery driver reported that, while attempting to deliver an order to the location, an individual snatched the pizza from his hands, shut the door, and refused to pay for the order.
Moments later, the other officers and I arrived on scene and were directed to Room [REDACTED], where the incident had reportedly occurred. I then knocked on the door of Room [REDACTED] and made contact with Christopher Bostick. I informed Bostick of the reason for our response and spoke with him about the incident. Bostick advised that he was unsure what had occurred, stating that he had given his girlfriend, Ashley, the money to pay for the pizza while he was in the shower.
I then asked Bostick if Ashley was currently inside the room, to which he replied that she was. I called for Ashley, and a female exited the room and stepped outside. I asked the female for her name and how to spell it. She identified herself as Allisha Walker, which differed from the name “Ashley” previously provided by Bostick.
After attempting to run the name and date of birth provided by “Allisha,” she asked if she could step back inside the room to use the restroom, stating that her stomach was hurting. While she was inside the room, Cherokee Dispatch advised they were unable to obtain a return on the name and date of birth she had provided, which raised suspicion that she had provided false identifying information. We then questioned Bostick further regarding her identity. Bostick responded in a very low tone of voice, almost whispering, and stated that her actual name was Ashly Tucker.
When “Allisha,” later identified as Ashly Tucker, returned outside, she placed a cigarette in her mouth. Upon learning that Bostick had disclosed her true identity to law enforcement, Tucker immediately drew back her right arm and forcefully punched Bostick in the right shoulder with a closed fist in the presence of officers.
I then promptly placed Tucker in handcuffs and advised her that she was under arrest. Tucker was detained in a pair of properly fitted, double-locked handcuffs, with her hands secured behind her back. Tucker was taken into custody due to providing a false name and date of birth to law enforcement, as well as committing the offense of Battery against Bostick in the presence of officers. During the course of the investigation, Tucker’s true identity was confirmed, and it was discovered she also had multiple active warrants out of Cherokee County and Cobb County.
After Tucker was detained, I escorted her to my marked patrol vehicle and placed her in the rear passenger compartment. While placing Tucker in the vehicle, her small dog jumped into the back seat and stood on her lap. As I reached across Tucker’s lap with the seatbelt in my hand in an attempt to secure her, the dog attempted to bite my right hand. In order to avoid being bitten and safely complete the arrest process, I grabbed the dog by one of its legs and removed it from the rear of my patrol vehicle.
While removing the dog from the rear of my patrol vehicle, it squealed, which caused Tucker to become visibly enraged. Tucker then attempted to exit the rear passenger compartment of my patrol vehicle without authorization. I gave Tucker verbal commands to remain seated; however, she refused to comply. I was forced to repeatedly push and guide Tucker back into the vehicle in order to prevent her from exiting and to safely maintain her in custody. Due to Tucker’s active physical resistance while lawfully detained, an additional charge of Obstruction was added.
After Tucker was safely secured in the rear passenger compartment of my patrol vehicle with a seatbelt, I transported her to the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center without further incident. Upon arrival, Tucker was transferred into the custody of detention deputies.
