On Monday, September 12, 2025, I was notified by dispatch of a disorderly caller who was connected to a previous call I was on. Casey Mannion called dispatch after I left them a voicemail earlier. I attempted to call Casey in connected to a trespass/threats call I had earlier at Stack’s Gym. I provided a callback number and instructions on requesting me specifically, but Casey did not do so. Casey instead yelled at the original call taker, before being transferred to her supervisor.
Once on the phone with the supervisor, Casey continued his behavior and refused to work with dispatchers that attempted to help him. He instead yelled about things out of the call taker’s control and ranted for over 7 minutes on the phone.
After this initial set of phone calls, dispatch called me and informed me on what happened. I then called Casey, who answered the phone agitated and asked what I wanted. I told him I was calling to give him a criminal trespass warning and to no longer contact Stack’s Gym. Casey yelled about them while I gave the warning and said “Fu*k you too motherfu*ker” before he hung up.
Dispatch later called and informed me Casey was back on the phone and being disorderly. Dispatch repeatedly tried to tell Casey they would get me to call him, but he would not let them end the call. I asked dispatch to send me recordings of the calls to hear the conversations.
In the calls, Casey is very belligerent, using vulgar and profane language during the duration of the call. He reused to let dispatch get a word in and prevented them from doing their jobs. Casey went on multiple tangents and made personal attacks on the call taker by telling her to get a real job. Casey was reminded multiple times he was speaking to a 9-1-1 center and not the Sheriff’s Office.
Due to his language and harassment during his phone calls with dispatch, I secured a warrant for Unlawful Conduct During a 911 Call.
A few hours later, Acworth PD notified us they had Casey detained. I met with Acworth with an original warrant in hand. I took custody of Casey and transported him to the Adult Detention Center. Once at the ADC, Deputy Lowe took custody of Casey. I completed all appropriate paperwork and went back in service once cleared.
