On September 25th, 2025, at approximately 19:40, I, Officer Fowler, was dispatched to 1750 Marietta Hwy (Goodwill) in reference to public indecency.

While en route, Sgt. Lily spoke with the complainants, [WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2]. They stated that the female on scene wearing cowboy boots, grey shorts, and a white tank top exposed her v*gina and buttocks to them and several other patrons at Goodwill. I had just criminally trespassed this female identified as Dina Spencer from the Waffle House right across the road approximately 2 hours prior to this call. At approximately 08:40, officers were dispatched to the RaceTrac in reference to Dina taking off her clothes in front of people; however, all witnesses had left the scene.

I made contact with Dina walking in the Goodwill parking lot and informed her she was under arrest for public indecency. She stated she understood. I placed her in handcuffs after achieving proper fit. I double-locked them and patted her down using the back of my hand. I then transported her to the Cherokee County ADC and passed her off to jail staff.
