On January 7th, 2026 at approximately 19:10 hours dispatch advised of a male touching himself inside the Hobby Lobby(2449 Cumming Hwy). Dispatch advised the suspect was a black male wearing a yellow hoodie.

I arrived on scene and made contact with the reporting party, [VICTIM #1], the Lost Prevention Agent. [VICTIM #1] stated he had observed the suspect, Kamry Martin, appear to be grabbing at his private parts repeatedly near the seasonal aisle. [VICTIM #1] stated he attempted to record Kamry on his phone where he observed Kamry pursuing females. [VICTIM #1] stated he had observed Kamry appear to be mast*rbating as he recorded himself in front of the female who had her back turned. [VICTIM #1] stated he was unable to get anything on recording due to other patrons being close by which he did not want to record. [VICTIM #1] did not engage Kamry as he wanted to have law enforcement take action and to not violate his own company policies.

[VICTIM #1] was able to show me the CCTV from some of he aisles. One of the clips show Kamry grab himself and make a stroke motion back and forth before moving to another aisle as he pursued two females. When Kamry turns back to face the camera, you can clearly see a very distinct wet spot on the front of his gray sweatpants. Another employee stated she had also observed Kamry’s pants and clearly have an erection. [VICTIM #1] provided me with a hand written statement from one of the other victims. [VICTIM #1] stated he did wish to press charges.

I made phone contact with the other victim, [VICTIM #2]. [VICTIM #2] state she had been in the scrap book/sticker aisle when she felt someone was staring at her. [VICTIM #2] stated she had observed Kamry grab at his pants a couple of time but she initially thought it was “normal male behavior” to adjust himself. [VICTIM #2] stated when she observed he was grabbing at himself is when she realized that he was fondling himself. [VICTIM #2] stated she quickly left the isle but stood nearby to ensure two other young females were ok. [VICTIM #2] stated he walked behind the two girls and began to do the same with them. [VICTIM #2] stated thats when she went to the front to report it.

[VICTIM #1] stated he had followed Kamry outside where he observed Kamry get into the older black Chevy Silveraldo and turn right at the light at approximately 19:25-19:27. [VICTIM #1] stated he had observed the truck tag was a Georgia tag ending in [REDACTED]. Using this information and the time-line provided, I was able to locate the truck. I ran the registered owner and saw that the male matched the picture from the CCTV. Kamry will have two separate charges for OCGA 16-6-8 Public Indecency for the two separate incidents. Charges to be taken on 1/8/2026.

Warrants were secured on 1/8/2026.
