[NARRATIVE #1 on October 02, 2025]

On October 2, 2025, I responded to the Primrose School located at 95 Ridge Road regarding a fight in progress. Dispatch advised me two females were in progress of striking another female.

When I arrived at the incident location, I met the victim, [VICTIM #1], and the two witnesses, [WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2]. We were in the parking lot in front of the playground and there were children playing in view of the incident location. They told me the suspects left the scene prior to my arrival and [WITNESS #1] showed me two pictures she had of the suspects and the vehicle they departed in. The Vehicle was identified as a white Toyota Camry which was occupied by two white females. While I was getting a description Fire arrived on scene to check the injuries [VICTIM #1] sustained.

[WITNESS #1] told me she came outside as the fight was concluding and the two females got back in their vehicle and backed up, across the parking lot. They stopped the vehicle and the truck popped open. The females put a paper over their vehicle tag, and they left the parking lot.

[WITNESS #1] told me they turned left onto Ridge Road in the direction of Sixes Road. In the picture you could see one female with dirty blond to light brown hair on the driver side of the vehicle. The other female had dark brown to black hair and glasses on the passenger side of the vehicle.

[WITNESS #2] told me she came outside and found two females leaned over [VICTIM #1] and striking her. [WITNESS #2] said she approached and pulled the brown hair female off [VICTIM #1] by her collar and waistband. [WITNESS #2] said she stood between the brown hair female and [VICTIM #1] until the female started to make her way back to the White Toyota Camry. [WITNESS #2] said she called for the other female, and she made her way to Camry as well. [WITNESS #2] stated the light hair female referred to the other female has her daughter. [WITNESS #2] described the attack as brutal and that was why she intervened. [WITNESS #2] also told me after they backed up, they covered the vehicle’s tag and left the parking lot in the same manner as described by [WITNESS #1].

[VICTIM #1] told me she was driving to work from her friend’s house in Kennesaw. She was behind the White Toyota Camry on Bells Ferry Road, in the area of Kellogg Creek Road. [VICTIM #1] passed the Toyota Camry, and they followed her to the Primrose School. [VICTIM #1] pulled into the parking spot by the front door where she was confronted by the two females. The brown-haired female started to question her about why she was tailgating them on Bells Ferry Road.

When [VICTIM #1] attempted to walk away the brown hair female grabbed her arm and spun her around. This was when they jumped on her and started to strike her. [VICTIM #1] was on the ground with the two females on top of her and they continued to strike her until they were pulled off her. [VICTIM #1] said her phone fell out of her pocket during the altercation and broke on the asphalt. [VICTIM #1] said she found her phone on the ground underneath her vehicle.

The first call came in at 3:09 PM so the local Flock and Fusus cameras were checked for the white Toyota Camry. A white Toyota Camry with Georgia tag [REDACTED] as located prior to pulling into the parking lot following [VICTIM #1]’s Kia Sportage with Georgia tag [REDACTED] affixed to it. Checking the tag through GCIC, it returned to Noel Cummings. Noel was checked through Enformion and the address was located at [1800 BLOCK] Land Road.

D/S Buckley was contacted, and he went to the address. He was told Noel does not live there; she is currently living at [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] Mountain View Court. D/S Buckley went to the Mountain View address and contacted Noel there. D/S Buckley questioned Noel, and she told him about the other female in the vehicle who was her daughter, McKenzie Cummings. Noel told him she dropped McKenzie off at [500 BLOCK] Hickory Road before coming home.

I went to [500 BLOCK] Hickory Road to attempt contact with McKenzie. McKenzie came out of the house, and I read her, her Miranda Rights. After reading her Miranda, McKenzie agreed to talk to me. McKenzie told me [VICTIM #1] was driving crazy and tailgating them. Noel and her followed [VICTIM #1] to the parking lot of the Primrose School to confront her about her driving.

While Noel was talking to [VICTIM #1], she turned to walk away. Noel grabbed her arm to stop her from leaving, and [VICTIM #1] pushed Noel while calling her a name. When [VICTIM #1] pushed Noel, a fight ensued. I advised McKenzie that she was under arrest for battery and party to a crime for affixing a tag with intent to misrepresent, disorderly conduct, cruelty to children 3rd degree, and criminal damage 2nd degree.

Since McKenzie was cooperative, I handcuffed her in front and once proper fit was attained, I double locked the cuffs for her safety. A family member lifted McKenzie’s shirt just high enough to determine she was not hiding a weapon on her person.

I escorted McKenzie to my patrol vehicle and secured her in the back seat. McKenzie was transported to the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center (ADC). Once at the ADC I booked Noel for battery, criminal damage 2nd degree, affixing a tag with intent to misrepresent, cruelty to children 3rd degree and disorderly conduct. McKenzie was booked for battery for her part in the altercation and party to a crime for criminal damage 2nd degree, disorderly conduct, affixing a tag with intent to misrepresent and cruelty to children 3rd degree. All the incoming paperwork was completed; Noel and McKenzie were turned over to detention staff without further incident.

[NARRATIVE #2 on October 02, 2025]

On Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 5:22 p.m., Deputy Buckley arrested Noel Cummings at [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] Mountain View Court. I arrived at [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] Mountain View Court. I switched the handcuffs, placing Noel in handcuffs, checking for proper fit, and double-locking them.

I placed Noel in the rear seat of my patrol car and secured the seat belt. I transported Noel to the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center, where she was turned over to jail staff. Once jail staff removed Noel from my patrol car, I searched the rear seat for contraband, finding none.
