On Saturday, January 3, 2026, at 7:49 p.m., I was dispatched to 2260 Sam Nelson Road, North Georgia Angel House, for a disorderly child. The caller, [WITNESS #1], told dispatch a seventeen-year-old female was throwing things and making threats towards employees. [WITNESS #1] said the female had not been physical with anyone yet.

I arrived at the Angel House. Deputy Botts was already on scene. The seventeen-year-old, Precious Williams, was arguing with Deputy Botts and yelling. Deputy Botts stayed with Precious while I spoke with [WITNESS #1].

[WITNESS #1] said Precious was in the dining area with multiple other girls and staff members. Precious was eating dinner and found a hair in her food. Precious believed someone put it in her food on purpose. Precious began yelling at the staff members and other girls.

Precious was yelling at the staff, saying she was going to slap them and fight them. Precious began throwing things around the dining room. Precious threw plates of food on the floor. Precious threw a pitcher of water on the floor, covering it with water.

I asked [WITNESS #1] if she wanted to press charges on Precious. [WITNESS #1] called the director of the Angel House, [REDACTED], asking if she wanted to press charges. [REDACTED] said she wanted to press charges due to Precious threatening physical violence against staff and other girls.

I walked over to Precious, who was still with Deputy Botts. I told Precious she was under arrest for disorderly conduct and to put her hands behind her back. I put Precious in handcuffs, checking for proper fit, and double-locking them. Using the back of my hand, I checked Precious’s waistband. I placed Precious in the rear seat of my patrol car and secured the seat belt.

I transported Precious to the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center, where she was turned over to jail staff. Once jail staff removed Precious from my patrol car, I searched the rear seat for contraband, finding none. A warrant will be secured for Precious, charging her with disorderly conduct.
