On December 29, 2025, I responded to [5700 BLOCK] East Cherokee Drive in reference to a hit and run traffic collision.

When I arrived on scene, I made contract with the caller, [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated that he was turning into [5700 BLOCK] East Cherokee Drive from East Cherokee Drive, when he was rear ended. [VICTIM #1] was driving a Black Nissan Frontier (GA Tag [REDACTED]). [VICTIM #1] followed the vehicle until it reached Union Hill Road. [VICTIM #1] tried flagging down the driver multiple times. [VICTIM #1] showed damage to his rear bumper, on the passenger side of the bumper. [VICTIM #1] saw the vehicle try to avoid the collision by swerving to the right, but was unable to avoid the collision. [VICTIM #1] described the vehicle as a White Hyundai Sedan, and the driver as a white, elderly female.

[VICTIM #1] provided the license plate number of [REDACTED]. This license plate number returns to a White Hyundai Elantra. The registered owner is Sheryl Worley, a white elderly female. The vehicle was seen on Flock on Union Hill Road going into Fulton County approximately 10 minutes after the collision. The damage to the vehicle should be close to the driver’s side headlight.

I attempted to contact Sheryl via telephone, but was unsuccessful. I provided [VICTIM #1] with a case card and returned to service. Pictures of [VICTIM #1]’s vehicle were uploaded to Axon.
