On the listed date and time, I responded to a report of a reckless driver at [300 BLOCK] Woodhaven Drive.

Upon arrival, I met with [WITNESS #1], who is a resident of [300 BLOCK] Woodhaven Drive. [WITNESS #1] advised that he was renting the basement level of his house out on “Airbnb” and as of tonight was renting it to Edwin Huato-Blanco. [WITNESS #1] further advised that at some point this evening, Blanco had two unknown females at the residence with him.

[WITNESS #1] stated that after some kind of unknown altercation, Blanco and the females exited the basement and came outside. Blanco then got into his vehicle (GA Tag: [REDACTED]) and proceeded to drive into the yard of [300 BLOCK] Woodhaven Drive. Per [WITNESS #1]’s account, Blanco drove into the yard once, then backed out into the street, and into the yard a second time. The yard sits at approximately 15-degree incline and the tread marks in the yard go for approximately 20 yards, stopping very close to the bushes and front steps that are present at this residence.

The owner of [300 BLOCK] Woodhaven Drive, [WITNESS #2], was also on scene and also stated that she witnessed Blanco driving recklessly towards her home two separate times. [WITNESS #2] advised that she was concerned that Blanco was intending on driving into her home and showed no signs of stopping, based on the way he was driving.

At the time of my report, I will be seeking warrants against Blanco for OCGA 40-6-390: Reckless Driving based on the two separate accounts that allege Blanco did drive his vehicle in reckless disregard for the safety of [WITNESS #2], [WITNESS #2] property, and the safety of [WITNESS #1] who was in the immediate area at the time of occurrence.

[WITNESS #1] advised that he formally barred Blanco from his residence before he left in his truck.

I provided both [WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2] with case reference cards bearing the case number.
