On August 19, 2026, I was dispatched to 4736 Best Road to address a verbal dispute betweena potential guest and the security manager.
Upon my arrival, I met with Ms. [WITNESS #1], the security manager, who informed me that a female who identified herself as “Tommie Lee”, an American rapper/TV personality in the lobby. She indicated that Ms. Tommie is the lady from “Love and Hip Hop ATL and she needed to be removed. I approached Ms. Tommie and advised her that hotel personnel requested that she leave. Ms. Tommie explained that she was waiting for her Uber and did not intend to stay at the hotel. As she gathered her belongings and exited the building, Ms. [WITNESS #1] mentioned that the hotel wanted to place a criminal trespass warning on her to prevent her from returning to the property.
I then approached Ms. Tommie to identify her properly. Ms. Tommie stated that she did not have her ID because she was waiting to go to the airport for her flight. Lt. Smith asked her to provide her name and date of birth, and she told us her name was Ms. Jefferson Chizah, with a date of birth of [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. After several attempts to run her name through the GCIC/NCIC system, we found that Ms. Jefferson was not recognized in the database. When asked about her state of residency, she stated that she lived in California; however, her name did not return from California, either.
Lt. Smith explained that because we could not find her in our database, we would need to obtain her fingerprints for proper identification. Initially, she refused consent for fingerprinting, but after Lt. Smith informed her that refusal could lead to her arrest for providing a false identity, she agreed to be fingerprinted.
To verify Ms. Jefferson’s identity, I checked the GCIC/NCIC system, which confirmed her identity as Ms. Atasha Chizah Jefferson, with a date of birth of [REDACTED]. The system also revealed an outstanding warrant issued by the Cobb County Sheriff s Department fora probation violation related to cruelty to children. I contacted 911 Dispatch to confirm the warrant, and they validated the information. Additionally, the City of College Park has charges against Ms. Jefferson for providing law enforcement with a false name, address, and date of birth.

Ms. Jefferson was placed in custody. I handcuffed her behind her back, double-locked the cuffs, and checked for a proper fit. She was then searched for weapons, contraband, and potential escape tools before being placed in my patrol vehicle for transport to the Clayton County Sheriff s Department. I secured her with a seatbelt and notified dispatch of the start and end mileage. Before transport, I inspected the rear passenger seat for any weapons, contraband, or escape tools.
Upon arrival at the Sheriff s Office, I secured my weapons, entered the jail, and turned her over to the Sheriff after completing all necessary paperwork. All of Ms. Jefferson’s property was transported and inventoried by Lt. Smith and subsequently placed at the College Park property.
