On November 30, 2025, at approximately 1430 hours, I was dispatched to 2201 Cobb Pkwy S in reference to a female acting disorderly in the parking lot. The caller advised that the female was yelling at store employees and customers, and the business manager requested that she be formally trespassed from the property. The store manager further stated that this same female had been at the location multiple times and had repeatedly harassed employees and customers.

Upon arrival, I made contact with the female, later identified as Ms. Andrea Bailey. Ms. Bailey. I attempted to speak with her, however she refused to answer my questions and was uncooperative, as she was answering my questions with a question. I advised Ms. Bailey that she could not be yelling at people in the parking lot and informed her that the store manager did not want her to return to the property. She was instructed to leave the premises.

Ms. Bailey did at fist comply with the direction to leave. However, she walked a short distance away but remained on the property, then stopped and stood further down the street while still within the business’s boundaries. Due to her continued disorderly behavior and refusal to leave after being given a lawful order, myself and another officer on scene placed her under arrest for 10-4-010 Disorderly Conduct/Criminal Trespass.

I transported Ms. Bailey to Cobb ADC, where she was booked without incident. All appropriate documentation was completed and submitted to the front desk at the Marietta Police Department.
