On Friday, 11/14/2025, at approximately 2126 hours, I, Officer Huey, along with Officer Angulo, responded to 1400 Ernest Barrett Parkway; QT, in reference to an assault.

Dispatch advised that while at the air pumps, a female had struck a male with a tire iron. Dispatch also advised the male had left the scene.

Upon arrival, I made contact with the female, identified as Isha Harvey. Isha advised she arrived at QuickTrip to get air in her tires. Isha stated she backed into the parking spot closest to the air pumps. Isha stated she began to sit in her silver Toyota Camry bearing GA tag [REDACTED], and talk to her friend. During that time, Isha was not using the air pressure hose, and she observed another vehicle pull up in front of her car to use the air pumps. Isha advised the man stated she was taking too long, and he began to fill his up. While doing so, Isha advised the man called her a “b*tch” and stated he would “beat her a*s.”

Isha advised she then went back to her trunk and grabbed something. When asked, Isha stated she did not know what she grabbed. Isha advised she was scared for her safety. When asked to look inside her trunk, she stated “no” and advised me to go look at the cameras at QuickTrip. Isha advised that she was a female and wanted to defend herself.

I was able to look at camera footage inside QuickTrip. At approximately 2118 hours, I observed the male pull up to the air pumps next to Isha’s vehicle. I observed the male walk over to the pumps and grab the hose. I observed the male begin to pump air into his tires. While doing so, Isha walked up to him and attempted to wrestle the hose out of his hands. I watched Isha walk to the back of her vehicle and grab the tire iron. I then observed Isha strike the male once with the tire iron, at which point the male stood up from filling his tires, said something to her, and then began to pump air into his tires again. Isha then struck the male a second time.

At approximately 2121-2122 hours, I observed the male leave the QuickTrip and drive off behind the business. I was not able to locate where the vehicle traveled afterwards.

The complainant advised the victim was driving a blue passenger car. I used Flock cameras in an attempt to locate the victim’s vehicle and make contact. After reviewing footage, I observed the vehicle to be gray in color, which looked like the model of a Ford.

Based on the surveillance footage gathered at the scene, I placed Isha under arrest for disorderly conduct. Isha was handcuffed behind her back, with the cuffs checked for fit and double-locked. I searched Isha for weapons and contraband with negative results. Isha was seat-belted into the rear passenger side of my patrol vehicle.

While inventorying her vehicle, I located a black tire iron in the trunk of Isha’s vehicle. The tire iron was taken for evidence. In the passenger seat, I located an empty box of Smirnoff shooters; however, one of the shooters still contained a small amount of alcohol inside. Isha’s vehicle was then towed by Ace Wrecker Service.

I transported Isha to the Cobb County Adult Detention Center. Isha was turned over to jail staff along with all her personal belongings and necessary paperwork.

A warrant (25-W-9702), signed by Judge Boone, was obtained for Isha for the following charges:

  • Disorderly Conduct O.C.G.A. 16-11-39(a) (1)
  • Driving – Open Container O.C.G.A. 40-6-253

The black tire iron was packaged and submitted into evidence locker #002.
