On 12/31/25 at approximately 0255 hours I, Officer Bohannon, responded to a report of a trespasser at the RaceTrac located at 2466 Delk Rd. I was aware of the general details of the reported trespasser, as I previously spoke with the RaceTrac security guard approximately an hour prior to this call.
The security guard, in this previous encounter, informed me of a male nicknamed “JT” who was repeatedly found to be on the property harassing customers after he was previously criminally trespassed. At approximately 0251 hours, the security guard called 911 again after observing “JT” in the parking lot by the RaceTrac gas pumps.
Upon my arrival I located a male walking in the parking lot of 2466 Delk Rd. This male matched the description provided by the security, who pointed at this male to confirm that he was the accused trespasser. I spoke to the male and identified him as Johnnie Folmar, who also stated that his nickname was “JT”. I searched Folmar’s name and found him to have been issued a criminal trespass warning by Officer S. Washington on 12/20/25 from 2466 Delk Rd (RaceTrac). Folmar claimed that he merely walked across the parking lot.
I placed Folmar under arrest with handcuffs (double locked and checked for fit), and escorted him to the front of my patrol vehicle. I searched Folmar incident to arrest and placed him in the rear passenger seat of my patrol vehicle. I collected his personal items and later deposited them into evidence as personal property at the Marietta Police Department.
A small broken glass pipe was located among Folmar’s possessions, and this was deposited into evidence at the Marietta Police Department for destruction. This broken glass pipe did not contain observable residue. I then transported Johnnie Folmar to the Cobb County Adult Detention Center and delivered him into the custody of the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office.
All personal possessions were deposited into evidence at the Marietta Police Department.
All corresponding paperwork was turned into the front desk of the Marietta Police Department.
