On 11/26/2025 at 1357 hours, officers, detectives, and sergeants responded to Kurtz Rd and Andy Dr in reference to an indecent exposure call. Callers described the subject as a 6-foot-tall black male.
Upon my arrival, I met with Sergeant Ponte at [200 BLOCK] Kurtz Rd and looked around the perimeter for the subject. At the front of the house, detectives on scene spotted the subject matching the description walking towards Kurtz Rd behind me. The detectives then placed the subject in handcuffs. The suspect turned out to be Kasime Davenport.
When interviewing the suspect, he told me that he was in the woods shaving his genitals. Officer Long interviewed the victims who saw the suspect from their windows. One of the victims, [VICTIM #1], said that when she saw him, he had his pants and underwear down to his ankles, exposing his genitals. She then turned away, then turned back, and saw the suspect with his pants and underwear completely off, and told her daughter, [VICTIM #2], to look away.
I then spoke with a witness, [WITNESS #1]. She advised that she saw the suspect around 1100 hours between her house and the church by a creek. She claimed the suspect was suspicious because he was low crawling by the creek. She described the man she saw as a black male with a black backpack, black and yellow jacket, and curly hair. Property that was left by Davenport in the woods included, but was not limited to, a black backpack and a black and yellow jacket. Additionally, Davenport’s hair could be described as curly.
Davenport was placed under arrest and transported to Kennestone hospital after advising he was Schizophrenic and suffered from depression. At the hospital, Davenport was talking about suicide which made the hospital file for a 1013. The 1013 form was signed by P.A. [REDACTED] and Davenport was released to the hospital.
I then secured a warrant for his arrest. The warrant number is 25-W-10064.
