On 12/5/2025 at approximately 1657 hours, I was conducting a zone patrol near the area of 1291 Bells Ferry Road, due to an increase of individuals loitering in the area.

I arrived at the location of 1291 Bells Ferry Road, when I observed a male and female, located on the side of the property. I approached the subjects and made contact with the male, identified as [REDACTED] and female, identified as Milesha Bristol. I asked [REDACTED] what the reason for being on the property was, to which [REDACTED] stated, they were just hanging out. Due to the subjects loitering, I then requested both parties identification. Bristol provided her Georgia identification card.

I then returned to my marked patrol vehicle and conducted a GCIC/NCIC search on both subjects. Returns revealed no active warrants for Bristol, however, and internal name search revealed that Bristol had already been issued a Criminal Trespass warning on 5/16/2024 by Officer Thomas.

I then returned to Bristol and placed her into handcuffs and under arrest for the trespassing. The handcuffs were checked for proper fit and double locked. Bristol was then secured into the rear seat of my marked patrol vehicle and the in-car camera was activated.

I completed a booking sheet and issued Bristol a misdemeanor citation for Disorderly Conduct- Trespassing, in violation of MC 10-04-010.

[BRISTOL] was then transported to Cobb ADC, where custody was transferred to jail staff without further incident.
