On 12/31/2025 at approximately 1229 hours, I was dispatched to 1410 Dura Drive (Waffle House) in reference to a disorderly female. The caller stated that a female was in the establishment screaming profanity and threatening patrons and staff. She further stated that the female threatened to throw a plate at her.
On arrival, I immediately observed the female described by the caller walking out of the restaurant. I confronted the female and asked her what happened, and she stated that she became upset because the staff “disrespected her.” The female, identified as Ramatoulai Faye, was still aggravated and was verbally challenging witnesses on scene.
I then spoke with the two employees of Waffle House, [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2]. They stated that Faye was “out of control” and very loud, obnoxious, and threatening toward them and patrons in the restaurant. They also stated there were children present at the time of the outburst and Faye was uttering a healthy amount of profanity while screaming. They further said that Faye raised a plate at them and threatened to throw it at them. I approached Faye and placed her under arrest for disorderly conduct. She was handcuffed behind the back (double-locked, checked for fit) and searched incident to arrest. She was then transported to the Cobb County Adult Detention Center for booking.
On this date at 1600 hours, I met with a Cobb County Magistrate Judge and explained the facts of the case. Warrant #25-W-11050 was signed into effect for Faye. A copy of the warrant was turned into the front desk at the Marietta Police Department.
