[NARRATIVE #1 on November 29, 2025]
On November 29th, 2025, at approximately 0216 hours, I, Officer Angulo, responded to 2718 Summers Street in reference to an assault. Dispatch advised the fight had stopped and that a male was on the ground bleeding.
Upon arrival, I activated my department-issued body camera and made contact with the male on the ground, identified as [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1]’s left eye was swollen shut, and blood was coming from it. [VICTIM #1] advised he was standing outside when he was struck from behind. Hе stated he fell to the ground and was then hit by multiple people. [VICTIM #1] advised he had not been in any arguments with anyone inside the bar and did not know who would have jumped him. [VICTIM #1] advised he would like to press charges.
I then made contact with [WITNESS #1], who advised he observed three males jumping [VICTIM #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated two of the males were Black and the third was White. [WITNESS #1] advised he attempted to break up the fight, but the three males continued hitting [VICTIM #1]. I asked [WITNESS #1] if he saw what vehicle the males left in, and he stated he did not.
I then spoke with [VICTIM #2], who advised he observed approximately four males jumping [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #2] stated he attempted to break up the fight when he was punched in the ear by one of the males, causing him to back off. [VICTIM #2] advised he did not know any of the males and did not see what vehicle they left in. [VICTIM #2] stated he wished to press charges.
I made contact with the security guard, [WITNESS #2], who stated the bar was closing when he observed people fighting outside. [WITNESS #2] advised that when he walked out the door, three males were jumping [VICTIM #1]. [WITNESS #2] stated he yelled at them to stop but did not get involved because they were in the parking lot. [WITNESS #2] advised he observed [VICTIM #2] get punched and then grabbed him by the hoodie to pull him out of the way. [WITNESS #2] stated he believed the males got into a silver two-door vehicle and left the scene.
I then made contact with [WITNESS #3], who advised three males were jumping [VICTIM #1]. [WITNESS #3] described one male as dark-skinned, short, with black dreads that had blonde tips. She described the second Black male as light-skinned with short hair and a red jacket. [WITNESS #3] described the third male as White or Hispanic with curly hair tied in a ponytail, stating he “looked like Aquaman.” [WITNESS #3] advised that after the assault, the two Black males got into a silver two-door vehicle, possibly a hatchback, and the White male got into a black Dodge Charger or Camaro.
Contact was made with [WITNESS #4]. [WITNESS #4] stated she went outside and saw four to five males hitting [VICTIM #1] while he was on the ground. [WITNESS #4] advised the males then left. She stated she met one of the males who was jumping [VICTIM #1] earlier inside the bar. [WITNESS #4] described him as a Black male in his thirties wearing a white jacket and black pants. [WITNESS #4] stated his name could be Brandon, but she was not sure due to the noise inside the bar. She advised his name started with the letter B. [WITNESS #4] stated she did not observe the male she knew as Brandon speaking with [VICTIM #1] inside the bar. [WITNESS #4] stated she attempted to find “Brandon” on social media when a subject named Robbie Ensley appeared in her suggested contacts. [WITNESS #4] advised she remembers seeing Robbie at the scene but did not see him physically touch [VICTIM #1].
I reviewed camera footage and observed a silver two-door vehicle, possibly a Mustang, speeding out of the parking lot. The tag was not visible due to the camera quality.
Cobb Fire arrived on scene to check [VICTIM #1]’s injuries. [VICTIM #1] denied medical attention, [VICTIM #1]’s friend then advised him he should go to the hospital. His friends then transported him to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Sgt. Bobo took photos of [VICTIM #1]’s injuries.

[NARRATIVE #3 on November 29, 2025]
On 11/29/25 at approximately 02:20, I, Sergeant Bobo, responded to the above incident.
While on scene, I heard a female, identified as [WITNESS #4], talking to an unidentified friend of the victim, [VICTIM #1], about social media pages of people who potentially assaulted [VICTIM #1]. I asked [WITNESS #4] what she was showing to her friends and she showed me a Facebook page for Robbie Ensley, a light skinned male with long, curly hair. She advised that Robbie’s friends, or people he was with, were those that assaulted [VICTIM #1]. Robbie’s public Facebook profile shows an Instagram handle of [REDACTED].
