Inspector Notes: Observed the back door to the main kitchen area propped open with a rock, back door did not have a mesh screen, air curtain or any other effective means of preventing pest entry. C/A: outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by: (i) Filling or closing holes and other gaps along floors, walls, and ceilings; (ii) Closed, tight-fitting windows; and (iii) Solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors. 2. EHS provided allergen disclose information from the Georgia Food code interpretation manual and allergen hand out (in english and spanish) via email. EHS also provided business card to facility.
NOTE: Bulk ice machine and drink machine not in use during the time of inspection.
Facility will have a mandatory re-inspection within 10 calendar days, on or before August 3rd, 2026.
