The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office Unit #4111 was in pursuit of the listed vehicle driven by Mr. Belote from Richmond County into Columbia County on Washington Rd. Richmond County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Cupp, badge #C876, was in pursuit due to the vehicle being reported stolen in Richmond County reference report #23-26884.

Lt. Penn and I joined in the pursuit where the vehicle stopped in front of the listed residence. Mr. Belote got out of the vehicle and immediately laid face down on the ground. Mr. Belote was placed under arrest and taken to the Columbia County Detention Center. Reeves Wrecker Service arrived on scene and towed the vehicle to their lot.
