[VICTIM #1] stated he got into an argument with his brother, Ethan Fillgrove, over him taking the Xbox to his room. [VICTIM #1] stated that Ethan approached him with his knife and cut him on top of his left hand.

Ethan stated that he did not pull a knife on his brother, [VICTIM #1], and that he had cut himself with a steak knife in the kitchen.

I observed a laceration on [VICTIM #1]’s left hand approximately 3/4 inches in length. [VICTIM #1] stated that he did not want to be evaluated by EMS. I located the knife in Ethan’s room that had fresh blood on it from cutting [VICTIM #1]. Photos were taken of the injury and the knife. I placed Ethan Fillgrove in custody and transported to CCDC.

I then met with Judge Morris and secured a warrant for Aggravated Assault with a knife and Possession of a Weapon during the commission of a crime. Photos were uploaded to the evidence drive. A search of my patrol car after transport revealed no evidence of contraband.
