On the listed date and time, I responded to the listed address in reference to a residential alarm that had audible glass break. When I arrived to the scene I observed in the back of the residence Michael Turner, who stated that he and Melissa Kitchens were in the back of the residence and they intentionally damaged the back door and the window, because he lives there.
I spoke with Melissa Kitchens who confirmed that she and Michael had damaged the property but she didn’t remember how. I observed that Michael and Melissa intentionally damaged the property of [VICTIM #1] without her consent by kicking a door and throwing a decorative statue through a window causing damage to the door frame and the window glass to shatter.
When Michael was brought in to the booking room, a small vial full of a white crystal like substance, possibly methamphetamine, fell out of his pants leg. Narcotics Investigator Long was contacted and responded to the scene.
I went to the Justice Center to obtain an arrest warrant against Michael Turner and Melissa Kitchens for Criminal Trespass (16-7-21). Michael and Melissa were transported to CCDC and booked on the listed charge. Pictures of the scene were added to the evidence drive.
