Inspector Notes: Observed gaps around back door and insects throughout kitchen and even in food as well as a living insect crawling throughout kitchen. CA: Door needs to be replaced to ensure proper fitting to help prevent the entrance of insects throughout and ensure an approved and reputable company is used to treat the fly and insect problem.
