On May 24, 2026 I, DS Ball, was dispatched to [10 BLOCK] Laurel Wood Dr in reference to a family dispute. The caller Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated to 911 his wife Mrs. Aliyah Booker was drunk and belligerent breaking his window. He also advised she was not allowed to be there.

I then shortly arrived on scene and made contact with Mrs. Booker. I asked her what was going on this evening and she advised nothing. I observed she was under the influence of alcohol and her clothes had blood spots on them. She also had red marks on her forearm that could have possibly been blood. She still affirmed nothing was going on this evening other than her husband changing the locks not allowing her in the residence.

I had prior knowledge she had been arrested from this address before and asked her if she had bond conditions to not return her to which she stated she did not. I had 911 check her information Aliyah Booker [REDACTED BY AGENCY] 1996 and had them confirm her warrant out of Richmond County SO for felony violation of proabtion.

I then began speaking with Mr. [VICTIM #1] who showed me the broken window which was the bottom right pane and showed me the glass laying in the floor where he stated she broke it trying to get into the residence. He advised he was not sure how much it would cost to repair but later advised roughly $500.00.

He also advised he did wish to press criminal charges at this time and advised he was informed she had bond conditions but was not sure what they were. I asked him if he would fill out an official statement form to which he agreed. I asked Ms. Booker about the broken window and she stated it has been there way since 2024 but had no explanation for the glass currently laying in the floor.

While grabbing Mr. [VICTIM #1] the forms, 911 advised me the warrant was valid for Mrs. Booker and I advised them we have local charges. I then placed Mrs. Booker under arrest for her warrant and criminal damage to property in the second for the window. I placed her in the rear of my patrol vehicle and gave Mr. [VICTIM #1] a case pamphlet with a case number along with a victim notification sheet. Photos were taken of the broken window ad glass on the floor. He also advised me in regards to the bond conditions he has not allowed her to reside there but to keep clothes there for her supervised visits with the children.

Upon arrival at the jail, I read Mrs. Booker her Miranda Rights to which she stated she did not understand them. I then photographed the clothes she was wearing that had blood on them. She also requested I photograph her face but I observed no marks or injuries at this time. I then checked her bond conditions from her last arrest and located she was ordered by the honorable Judge Wyant to have no direct contact with Mr. [VICTIM #1] as of March 01, 2026 and was signed by Mrs. Booker.

Mrs. Booker was turned over to the jail staff without incident.

She was charged with the following:

OCGA 16-7-21 Criminal Trespass w property damage FVA
OCGA 16-5-91 Aggravated Stalking

Warrant service Felony VOP.
