On 02/06/2026, I, Deputy Allen, and Sgt. Daniel responded to the incident location in reference to a juvenile complaint.

Once I arrived on scene, I met with a male, later identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated that his grand-daughter, later identified as ALYSSA LEE had become loud and disruptive after drinking alcohol at the home. He further stated that he had asked ALYSSA to sleep downstairs so that both he and his wife, later identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] could get some rest.

At this point, according to [REDACTED BY AGENCY], once ALYSSA went downstairs, an argument broke out between her and [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. While [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was speaking to me at this time, I could hear ALYSSA yelling at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] using abusive language towards her. I then went to the room where [REDACTED BY AGENCY], ALYSSA, and another female later identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] were located.

As I walked up to the room, ALYSSA was getting close to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] face, pointing at her, and yelling abusive language while [REDACTED BY AGENCY] occasionally would speak up from across the room and yell at ALYSSA. Once I got ALYSSA to listen to me, I separated her into the living room as she was continuing to yell at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] while I was attempting to speak to her.

Once I separated ALYSSA into the living room, ALYSSA stated that her and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had gotten into an argument and that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had put her hands on her. When asked what happened, ALYSSA stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had attempted to take a vape from her and that point she walked up to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] where the vape was located and took a hit of it. At this time, according to ALYSSA, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] grabbed her throat and pushed her onto the bed.

At this time, I went back into the room to speak to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated that ALYSSA became angry and upset when [REDACTED BY AGENCY] took the vape from her. During this time, according to [REDACTED BY AGENCY], ALYSSA was yelling at her and walked to the nightstand where the vape was located. She then took a hit of the vape while [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was attempting to get the vape back from her, at this time [REDACTED BY AGENCY] pushed ALYSSA away from her because she was hitting the vape near her face.

I then asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if she was apart of the argument that had taken place in which she stated she was not and she only occasionally yelled at ALYSSA to be quiet. While speaking to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] I could hear ALYSSA in the family room hitting the wall with her hands. After hitting the wall for some time, ALYSSA then broke a lamp in the living room.

When asked how much the lamp would cost to replace [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated it costs approximately $50. It was at this time that I placed her under arrest and placed her in handcuffs which were checked for proper fit and double locked. ALYSSA was then transported to the Coweta County Jail and charged with:

  • O.C.G.A. 16-7-21(A) – CRIMINAL TRESPASS WITH DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
  • O.C.G.A. 16-11-39 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT

It should be noted that when ALYSSA was placed in the back of my patrol vehicle, she began kicking the back of the seat for some time and while en-route to the jail ALYSSA slipped out of her handcuffs.

A victim notification form was completed and given to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] as well as a case card. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] were advised on how to obtain a copy of the report. They were also advised on how to begin the eviction process or file for a temporary protection order.
