On November 04, 2025 I, DS Ball, was dispatched to 30 Raymond Hill Rd in reference to a non- family dispute. The caller [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that an Amanda Mcrae subject was becoming belligerent and had been drinking all day. He stated they stopped at the Texaco to get her out of his truck and she refused to leave. He then advised she fell out of the truck drunk and then officers started arriving on scene. I arrived on scene where DS Himes already had the parties separated.
I began by speaking with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who advised DS Himes the female had been drinking vodka and possibly smoked methamphetamine. I asked him if there was any other narcotics in his vehicle to which he stated no. DS Himes later advised me [REDACTED BY AGENCY] picked up the female in Atlanta a few days ago and they have been hanging out with plans to hook up but today she become drunk and belligerent refusing to get out of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] truck.
I then went and spoke with the female later identified as Ms. Amanda Taylor while speaking with her I noticed a mild odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her person. I then asked her if she had been drinking to which she stated yes. I then asked if she consumed any drugs to which she did not answer changing the subject to concern about [REDACTED BY AGENCY] leg. I then asked for her name and she advised it was Amanda Taylor [REDACTED BY AGENCY]1987 and while searching for her name she threw a shoe towards [REDACTED BY AGENCY] truck but did not strike the truck or him. She was then placed under arrest for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. Her property was searched and upon [REDACTED BY AGENCY] release from the scene he accidentally ran over her bag crushing her flask. It will be placed into evidence for safekeeping.
Her property was searched and her name was confirmed out of Texas. I then took her to the Coweta County jail where she was turned over to jail staff without incident. While waiting in the jail she made multiple spontaneous utterances about her being drunk.
