On 05/06/2026, I, Ofc. Whiteside #542, was dispatched to 2901 Newnan Crossing Blvd E (Racetrac) in reference to a criminal trespass.
Upon arrival, I met with two employees Racetrac who state that earlier that night, a male subject was in Racetrac causing a verbal altercation with them. When officers arrived on scene for this incident, the male subject fled the scene into the woods and they were unable to make contact with them. When the male returned to the property, the employees contacted the police and we arrived on scene. The manager requested for us to issue a criminal trespass warning for the male. We made contact with the male and advised him of the criminal trespass warning. He began raising his voice with me and other officers on scene. The male was charged accordingly.
