On July 18th, 2026, at approximately 1717, I, Ofc. H. Preacher responded to the area of Stonebridge Crossing and Granite Way in reference to an attempted car jacking.
Prior to my arrival a female contacted 911 after an unidentified male, wearing all black with a black ski mask and blue gloves, exited a vehicle that was blocking the roadway and attempted to enter her car. Stating the male tried to get into the driver side of her vehicle before being unable to and running up Granite Way, with the vehicle following after him.
