On May 3rd, 2026 at 2:37 PM I was sitting stationary at the 53 North running rear radar when a vehicle entered my radar at 101 MPH. I began visually tracking the vehicle and it was passing all traffic at a high rate of speed and changed lanes with out signaling. The vehicle continued to accelerate leaving my radar at 110 MPH while passing my vehicle.

I activated all my emergency equipment and caught up to the vehicle and conducted my traffic stop. I walked up to the vehicle and told the driver the reason for the stop. The driver, Ms. Christina Ha explained she did not know how fast she was going and that her foot liked the gas pedal.

I returned to my vehicle and checked the vehicle and license provided through GCIC and returned to Ms. Christina Ha and told her to step out of the vehicle. Ms. Ha stepped out of the vehicle and walked back to my vehicle and I told her she was under arrest for reckless driving. While trying to explain the reason of the arrest I began smelling a strong odor of alcohol coming from Ms. Ha’s breathe.

I read Ms. Ha Miranda and she agreed to speak with me further. I asked her if she had been drinking and she stated yes. I asked how much she had drank and she stated 3 shots. I asked when her last meal was and she stated earlier in the morning. Ms. Ha stated she had no medication except an inhaler.

Ms. Ha had watery eyes and her speech became increasingly slurred throughout my interactions with her. While conducting an inventory of Ms. Ha’s vehicle there was a strong odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle 2 water bottles were partially drank in the cup holders I opened and smelled each and one of the two bottles smelled like just liquor and the other had no smell.

I read Ms. Ha implied consent over 21 and after not understanding I read it a second time to which she agreed. Ms. Ha was searched prior to being placed in my back seat and her handcuffs were checked for spacing and double locked.

Bucks towing responded for her vehicle. Upon leaving the scene Ms. Ha began verbally berating me from the back seat and complained her cuffs were too tight. I advised 911 I was stopping my transport. I got out and re adjusted Ms. Ha’s Cuffs advising her not to roll her wrists in the cuffs. I went back enroute to the jail and was advised Sergeant Weaver was standing by for my breathe test.

I arrived at the jail and brought Ms. Ha inside where she continued to be uncooperative with the staff in the jail. Ms. Ha was walked over to the Intox room at the jail and successfully provided two a breathe samples which showed a of 0.270 and 0.279.
