On 10/16/2025, I Sgt. Lamb responded to Newnan Piedmont Hospital in reference to a nurse reporting a female subject who had been assaulted on 10/15/2025 at [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

I responded to room fastrack 5, as I was already working a partime at this location. In the room I met with the victim, [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] at first advised that she was not going to speak with law enforcement and then changed her mind after I asked a few questions about where she lived and what he name was.

I then asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] why she decided to come to the hospital today to which she stated that she and her boyfriend, Christopher Geter were sitting in the garage of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] at roughly 1500 hours, when she asked him if he had brought her anything to drink? refering to an alcoholic beverage in Geter’s hand. Geter then stood up and struck [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in the rightside of her face with a closed fist. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that he stated it was pay back for getting him arrested months prior.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] then attempted to run out of the garage where she was pursued by an angry Geter who continued to strike her with closed fist in the back of the head and back. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] then began to swing back where she struck Geter. Once she struck Geter he picked up a 2×4 piece of wood off the ground and began rushing towards her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] raised her right arm so that she would not be struck in the face and recieved a strike from the 2×4 to her right forearm. The pain was immense and caused her to scream.

A friend of their’s only known as [WITNESS #1] was in the driveway sitting in his car watching the entire incident. He then rushed towards [REDACTED BY AGENCY] yelled at Geter to stop, stating “She didnt do anything leave her alone”. Geter then left the location to head back to his address of [100 BLOCK] Wigeon Dr.

I then took a look at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] arm which appeared oddly shaped and had bends and curves in it that her other arm did not. It was swollen and she would not squeeze her hand togeather due to the pain. The nurses and PA tech advised us that the X-ray [REDACTED BY AGENCY], with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] permisson I looked at the X-ray [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Of couse without subpoena I could not aquire pictures [REDACTED BY AGENCY] but it was recorded on my body camera. Photographs of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] injuries were taken and uploaded into Evidence.Com.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that these incidents occur every few months where Geter will become enraged and beat on her. A couple weeks prior Geter blacked her eye and busted her nose over a small arguement. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that her and Geter began dating 7 years ago and lived togeather at [1000 BLOCK] S Hwy 29 for 3 1/2 years before she became medically unable to work, losing the residence. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she did not want Geter to be arrested but she knew if she did not leave she would end up dead.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that she would go to her sisters house for the next couple of weeks and would attempt to separate from Geter. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and Geter have a long history of calling 911 on each other and have been involved in several disputes where both have been victims and offenders of several crimes. The last incident was involving Geter stealing from [REDACTED BY AGENCY] home. Both subjects are on probation.

Due to me working a partime at Newnan Piedmont I was unable to conduct a follow up investigation with any victims or the witness [WITNESS #1]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was given a victim pamphlet containing this case number and several resources for future incidents.
