On December 25, 2025, I responded to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in regards to dispute that turned into a subject armed. I had previously gone out to this residence for a noise disturbance called by the neighbors at [100 BLOCK] Crawford Cir.

At 2216 hours, I responded to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and made contact with Cristo Olea. I could hear music from the roadway, and I told Cristo that there was a complaint about the noise and I advised him to just keep the noise down. Cristo advised me that the neighbors do this all the time and have called many of times against them. I then left with the understanding that they were going to keep the noise down. There were multiple individuals at the residence drinking when I left.

At 2244 I was dispatched to a noise disturbance called in by the same residence and complaining on [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. While enroute dispatch notified me over the radio that this has now escalated into a physical fight between 6-7 people between the neighbors from [100 BLOCK] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. About a minute or two later while I was still enroute, dispatch notified me that now a person was armed and a physical fight was still in progress. The dispatch notes said an “AR” was the type of firearm.

Upon my arrival, I was by myself and pulled into the driveway with my emergency blue lights still activated. I grabbed my patrol rifle and began to walk up the driveway. I observed around 7 people in the driveway. At this time, I had no idea who had a firearm or if any shots had been fired. I gave loud verbal commands for everyone to put their hands in the air. I then told everyone to walk and stand against the truck on the side of the house, so that I had everyone in my immediate sightline.

After many verbal commands for everyone to stand next to the truck, everyone except Cristo slowly moved toward the truck. Everyone on the scene was yelling, and it was hard to understand what anyone was saying. Cristo repeatedly refused many verbal commands to go stand by the truck.

With me being at this point still by myself, with Cristo refusing commands, and I am also trying to “herd” 6 other screaming individuals with still no idea who or where an armed individual was, I used my Taser 7, activated it, and deployed It on Cristo. The taser was effective and Cristo fell to the ground. I had my Patrol rifle still in hand and the group of 6 people still in front of me. Multiple people were trying to approach Cristo and me, everyone yelling, and no one listening to any commands.

There was a woman dressed in all pink who approached me and Cristo. At this time D/S Newman arrived on scene and gave the female in all pink to get back at the truck. She refused and D/S Newman had to push her back multiple times and she still would not listen.

There was a female who had to physically pull a male in orange back against the truck because he continued to try to walk toward me. This went on until other deputies arrived. While yelling for all individuals to get back and them yelling and not listening I could make out that someone in the crowd was stating the male with the gun was the neighbor. I checked behind me at the neighbor’s house and could not see anyone standing outside. I also could not turn towards the neighbors house due to having 7 people not listening to anything law enforcement was telling them to do.

I advised other deputies arriving to place the lady in pink, later identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] under arrest for fighting with D/S Newman, D/S Menet was placing the father in handcuffs due to him walking up toward me. I was then able to restrain Cristo who was laying on the ground beneath me. With more deputies now on scene It was decided to detain everyone due to severity of the situation and no one listening to law enforcement.

I walked over to Cuauhtemoc Olea, who was in the orange shirt that was having to be pulled back by family members to prevent from walking up on the deputies. He had been yelling, screaming, and being held back by family every since I had arrived on scene. I grabbed his arm and attempted to place a handcuff on his wrist and when I grabbed his right hand to place him in handcuffs he immediately tensed up and pulled his hand away from me.

I then grabbed him and attempted to pull him down to the ground and he again tensed up and attempted to pull away from me. Sgt. Gorringe then also attempted to grab him. As Sgt. Gorringe was attempting to get Cuauhtemoc’s hand behind his back, a female later identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] began to pull Sgt. Gorringe from his back. I delivered closed fist strikes to Cuauhtemoc’s face and tackled him to the ground.

Once on the ground I placed Cuauhtemoc in handcuffs. I re-adjusted his handcuffs due to them being put on a little tight during the fight. Once in handcuffs I walked him over to my patrol car to place him in the rear seat. I told him to sit down. I pulled him to the rear door and he again stiffed his body when I tried to have him sit down. I then pushed his waist into the car and he fell into the car. He would not place his feet in the car so I picked his feet up and forced them into the rear of my car and I closed the door.

After everyone was arrested/detained I began to try to understand what occurred between the neighbors. Cuauhtemoc stated that they were inside the house and heard 2 gunshots outside of the house. He walked outside and saw his neighbor, Phillip Ashley, standing on his side of the property and the other homeowner standing in the woods behind him.

Phillip was yelling and cussing at them and when [REDACTED BY AGENCY] approached to diffuse the situation, Phillip pushed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] down on the ground. Cuauhtemoc approached Phillip and Phillip attempted to lunge and punch Cuauhtemoc but missed. At that time Cristo then began fighting Phillip. The homeowner of [100 BLOCK] was behind Phillip and had an AR-15 because he saw a bunch of people fighting Phillip but did not fire the weapon.

Cristo stated he heard 2-3 gunshots and walked outside to see what was happening. When he walked outside he saw Phillip run up on his property yelling at them. Cristo then saw Phillip attempt to punch Cuauhtemoc and missed. Cristo then immediately punched and tackled Phillip. At that point the homeowner, [REDACTED], pointed the firearm at them and was yelling to get back or he was going to shoot them.

I spoke with Phillip and he stated he heard gunshots outside coming from the neighbors house. He walked outside and everyone from the neighbors house approached him but no physical altercation occurred. I spoke with Phillip’s girlfriend who stated that they heard what sounded like gunfire outside. Phillip walked outside to approach the neighbors and a physical fight occurred between the neighbors and Phillip. [REDACTED] had a firearm because they saw a lot of people fighting Phillip.

Sgt. Thompson spoke further to Phillip and he ended up stating that he ran over to the neighbors property to confront them about all the noise and when he got on the neighbors property they were yelling and that is when a fight occurred. I could never confirm if any firearm had actually been fired or not.

Cuauhtemoc Olea was arrested for not listening to commands and when he was being placed in handcuffs he tensed and pulled away from Sgt. Gorringe and myself. Obstruction, and victim of simple assault.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] was arrested for running toward me on multiple occasions and D/S Newman had to grab her and throw her back toward the truck. Obstruction.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] was arrested for jumping/grabbing Sgt. Gorringe when we were fighting with Cuauhtemoc. Obstruction, victim of simple assault.

Cristo Olea was placed under arrest for refusing lawful commands by LEO to walk to the truck upon arrival leading to him being tased. Obstruction.

Phillip Ashley was arrested for going onto the neighbors property and started a physical altercation by pushing [REDACTED BY AGENCY] swinging at Cuauhtemoc Olean. Simple Battery, Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct.
