On 05/09/26 at approximately 1800 hrs I was dispatched to 1072 Bullsboro Dr for a report of a dispute.

I arrived on scene and spoke to the victim, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated that she came to Petsmart to get dog food. She said when she walked through the front door she passed by Cynthia Glass who was leaving through the front door. She stated that Cynthia started calling her names and tried to get her to come to the parking lot to fight. She stated that Cynthia told her to “come outside so I can beat your a*s”. She stated that she ignored her and went into the store and got what she needed. She stated that when she was at the checkout counter she saw that Cynthia was still in the parking lot wait. She said that is when she called 911. She stated that Cynthia left before my arrival. had two friends with her that witnessed this incident.

I spoke to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who both confirmed [REDACTED BY AGENCY]s story. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was worried that Cynthia and her boyfriend may go to Target and wait on them there. He stated that he parked his truck there and asked what to do if they are there waiting for him. I advised him to call 911.

I gave [REDACTED BY AGENCY] a case card with a case number.

I asked DS Gregg if he would go by Cynthia’s address at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Mt Carmel Rd to see if he could make contact with her. I advised him that I had charges if he made contact with her. He called me and advised me that he had her in custody. I met him a the Coweta County Jail. She was turned over to detention officers for processing. She was charged with disorderly conduct.
