On 22 Sep 2025, at 2252 I was dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a dispute in progress.

Upon arriving on the scene Cpl. Weaver and Deputy Bone were already on the scene and obtained statements from the witnesses. I then spoke with one of the victims who was identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated his son identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and his sons wife identified as Danielle Gossett have been fighting all day.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told him Danielle attacked him while driving in his truck earlier in the day. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] has been trying to get away from Danielle and even drove to the Coweta County Sheriffs office to try an make a report due to Danielle following him.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated at approximately 2150 [REDACTED BY AGENCY] showed up to his residence in a Green Dodge challenger. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told him the vehicle was a customers vehicle and that while he was at the Sheriffs Office trying to make a report, Danielle showed up in the customers vehicle, parked it in the parking lot, and took [REDACTED BY AGENCY] truck leaving him there with just the customers vehicle.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] mother identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to borrow her car so that Danielle wouldn’t recognize what vehicle he was in. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] left to go home to get his medication at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] when Danielle pulled into [REDACTED BY AGENCY] driveway.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] walked down and told Danielle she needed to leave and that she was not welcomed there. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Danielle then accelerated towards them in the vehicle as if she was trying to hit him and [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated this was when his son who was identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] saw Danielle accelerating towards them and discharged his 40mm hand gun into the grown 2 times as “a warning shot” and told Danielle to leave.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Danielle then left the residence heading in the dierection of where she and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] live together. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] have had prior altercations with Danielle where she has mae threats to them and even pushed [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he did fear for his life and believed Danielle was intentionally trying to hit them. Written statements were obatined from both [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

At this time I was informed by [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and Danielle were at their residence in a verbal altercaton. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told her Danielle is not letting him leave. Deputy Bone and myself then responded to the [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to make contact with them while Cpl Weaver and Sgt. Doss remained at the scene.

Upon our arrival [REDACTED BY AGENCY] exited the residence and immediately began providing us with a statement. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he and Danielle have been arguing for over a week now. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated it was primarily due to the fact that Danielle was trying to stop abusing pills and it was causing her to become angry. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated this morning he and Danielle were driving in his truck when Danielle asked him for some of his medication. When [REDACTED BY AGENCY] denied to give her any Danielle became enraged and this was when the altercation started.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated the arguement would lead to Danielle becoming physically violent and begin hitting and scratching him while he was driving. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated at one point Danielle was nearly in his lap attacking him while he was driving. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he swung his right arm back to push Danielle away but accidentally stuck her in the face. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated this seemed to hurt Danielle and he drove them back to their residence. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he then left Danielle at the residence in an attempt to seperate himself from her.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] went on to explain that he was a private car repair man and that a customer of his identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] dropped off her Green Dodge Challenger for him to work on. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he had permission to drive the vehicle from his residence to his shop where he would work on it. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated after dropping Danielle off at their residence, Danielle would take the Challenger and begin to follow [REDACTED BY AGENCY] around the county continuing to try an argue with him.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated at appoximately 2100 he then drove to the Sheriffs Office to make a report but that no one was there. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Danielle then pulled into the parking lot and parked the Challenger and took his truck, leaving him there with the Challenger. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated this was when he noticed the Front passenger side tire was completely flat and nearly on the rim.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he then drove the Challenger to his parents house where [REDACTED BY AGENCY] offered him to take her car to go get clothes and his medication so that he could seperate for the night. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] agreed and left the Challenger there and went to his residence. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated a short time later Danielle then showed up at the residence. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Danielle then took his medication and truck keys and “shoved them inside of her vag*na” and refused to give them to him. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated this was when we arrived on the scene at his residence.

At this time Danielle exited from the residence and had an obvious injury to her right eye. I asked Danielle if she wanted EMS but she refused. I attempted to obtain a statement from Danielle but she was extremely uncooperative and refused to provide me with a statement and continued to state “he didn’t hit me. he didn’t hit me” to any question I asked.

I then asked about the situation with [REDACTED BY AGENCY], Danielle would go on to state she pulled “3 feet” into the driveway and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] began yelling at her telling her to leave. Danielle stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] then discharged his friearms and pointed it at her demanding she leave. (It is worth mentioning the driveway is on an incline which makes it unlikely for [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to walk down due to their elderly age.)

When asked about where the truck keys were Danielle confirmed they were shoved inside her vag*na. When asked about [REDACTED BY AGENCY] medication Danielle stated they were not inside her vag*na and that she did not know where they were. At this time Deputy Bone began speaking with Danielle while I confirmed the statements I had recieved with [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I then asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if Danielle had any permission from his customer [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to be driving the Challenger and he stated no.

At this time I contacted [REDACTED BY AGENCY] via phone and asked about the vehicle. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she was involved in a vehicle collision and her insurance company referred her to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] for the repairs. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she gave [REDACTED BY AGENCY] permission to drive the vehicle to the shop but that no one else was to be driving her car. I then asked if she gave permission to Danielle to drive her vehicle and she stated no. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was very upset that Danielle was driving her vehicle without her permission and stated she wanted to press charges.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she would be contacting [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in the morning to work on getting the vehicle returned to her. Due to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] being unable to respond to the scene she was not able to complete a stolen vehicle affidavit form. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] agreed to meet with me tomorrow (23 Sep 2025) at 1800 to complete the form.

At this time Danielle informed Deputy Bone that he could call EMS to assess the injury to her face. Once EMS completed their evaluation I requested Danielle to stand up and place her hands behind her back. Danielle immediately began tensing and locking her arms in an attempt to resist. Myself and deputy Bone were able to hold Danielle’s arms and place her in cuffs behind her back, checked for fit, and double locked.

I then esorted Danielle to my patrol vehicle and secured her in the rear seats. Danielle would begin kicking my windows and front seat seperator repeatedly. I then transported Danielle to Newnan Piedmont hospital for further evaluation for her injury and to also remove the keys from inside her Vag*na. While enroute to the Hospital Danielle began attempting to change her story and alleging that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] attacked her for no reason. While at the hospital Danielle continued to be uncooperative and had to be restrained on one occasion. Once medical clearence was recieved I transported Danielle to CCDC without further incident.

Danielle was charged with Aggravated Assault and Theft by Conversion. Danielle was also informed she was trespassed from both [REDACTED BY AGENCY] at the request of the homeowner.
