On 09/19/2025, I DS Lamb responded to [500 BLOCK] Wynn Rd, Newnan Ga, in reference to a male, David Moore, who advised that he had recently been in an accident and was holding a sawed off shotgun. He continued to tell 911 that he was hearing voices and felt like he needed to kill.

This was David’s 6th time contacting 911 in less then 24 hours, each time deputies respond he is found to be intoxicated and belligerent. When officers arrive on scene he begins to act erractic and arguementative. A month prior he also contacted 911 within a few hours and was advised on laws like interfering with 911.

On this date we arrived on scene and had 911 ask David to step outside. He advised he was naked and needed to put clothes on. David then came outside and began to speak with deputies. At this time he stated that his back and foot was broken and that he needed help. David was very intoxicated and could barely stand of speak. When asked to come downstairs so that we could pat him down for weapons before medics looked at him her pulled his shorts down and began to flash his p*nis at deputies.

Knowing that due to 6 inappropriate and harrassing phone calls to 911 we were going to place David under arrest, Capt. Curtis and I approached the individual on the porch who was slowly walking towards the front door of his home. We knew that due to David often threatning law enforcement with weapons we could not allow him back inside of the home. At this time Capt. Curtis grabbed David by his arm and pulled him out of the house where his face collided with the door frame causing small cuts on his forehead and lip. We were then able to place him in custody and checked by medics before I transported him to the Coweta County Jail.

His parents were contacted and his house was secured by deputies.
