On 11/9/2025, I received a call for service regarding a male fighting a female in the middle of the roadway at 807 Collinsworth Road. An offender vehicle then left the scene, and a description was given.

D/S Brown and Sgt Thompson located the offender vehicle while I and Lt Mills located the alleged female victim at 807 Collinsworth Road. We spoke to the witnesses on scene and the victim, and they both stated that they were fighting in the road and causing traffic to back up.

D/S Brown conducted a interview with Deandre and wrote a supplement in regards to the interview.

The witnesses gave their story to Lt Mills and filled out a witness statement form, which was turned into GCIC and uploaded to Evidence.com.

The female (CHATMON, SUMAYYAH RASHEEDAH ABDUR) stated to me that she was riding with her friend (WALTERS, DEANDRE RAMON) and they got into an argument over Deandre bringing Sumayyah to get food. While they were arguing, they got into a physical fight inside the vehicle. The female then stated that they arrived at a Gas Station off Collinsworth Road and decided to get out of the car and walk northbound on Collinsworth Road.

She then made contact with Deandre and sent her location via Cell phone to be picked up at the entrance of EMC on Collinsworth Road. When Deandre arrived and picked her up, they started arguing again and fighting inside the vehicle. Sumayyah stated that at one point, Deandre took her taser and pointed it at her, and started arcing the taser. Deandre then stopped the vehicle, and Sumayyah got out of the vehicle and demanded her taser back from him.

Deandre then got out of the vehicle, and they both started fighting in the roadway. A passerby then stopped and broke up the fight. This is when DeAndre left the scene and was then stopped by D/S Brown and Sgt Thompson on Interstate 85. While D/S Brown had DeAndre detained, he found Marijuana in the vehicle.

Both parties were placed under arrest and transported to the Coweta County Jail, and placed in Jail staff custody.

The Marijuana was packaged and submitted into evidence at the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office.
