On April 11, 2024, I was dispatched to the area of 897 Hwy 154 at the approximate time of 1458 hours in reference to a sexual offense.

Upon arriving on scene, I made contact with the 911 caller [WITNESS #1] the store manager of Fraizer’s who advised a sexual harassment incident took place on 04/10/24 at the approximate time of 0813 hours with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] an employee of Fraizer’s and a regular customer who was later identified as Demeterous Jackson.

I then made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated on 04/10/2024 she arrived to work at the approximate time of 0800 hours in which she parked her car in the side middle parking lot facing Fraizer’s in which she had rolled down her windows and began to smoke a cigarette before going into work. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated while she was sitting in her blue van bearing Ga tag [REDACTED] an Arbor Valley work truck pulled away from pump #1 turning right driving past [REDACTED BY AGENCY] where the Arbor Valley work truck continued through the parking lot turning around pulled beside the passenger door of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] parking in the same direction. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated a black male exited the vehicle approaching her passenger side window, in which the male leaned on her door stating “you look soft, are you soft”, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated “Of course I’m soft” stating she is a larger female. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated the male further advised “There is just something about you I want. Have you ever been with a black man, I have never been with a white woman? You make my d*ck hard. Do you want to have sex in the morning?” [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated “No I am Married.” Advising she stated this multiple times.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] then advised the male stated “I will tell you what” in which the male then reached into the car unlocking the passenger door, opening the door where only his body could fit in the door opening. The male then pulled down the front of his jogging pants in which [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated his pe*is fell out. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she immediately looked away looking at the store front hoping another employee would see her and help. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised the male then stated “Look look is it big, bigger than your husbands” in which [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated “put it up”.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] then stated the male leaned over the passenger seat, touching her right upper outer thigh moving his hand in a circle motion. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated the male further moved his hand further to the inner part of her thigh just under her groin stating her stomach stopped the male from being able to touch her genitals. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated as the male reached closer to her inner thigh he stated “are you wet”, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated as the male reached her inner thigh, she pushed his hand away stating “I got to go inside, they are going to be mad at me the truck is here.”. The male then stated “alright” exiting the door and returning to the Arbor Valley truck where he left the scene.

[WITNESS #1] advised at the time he was notified of the incident he contacted Arbor Valley, where he spoke with the boss [REDACTED] who advised the male was Demeterous J. Jackson with a date of birth of [REDACTED BY AGENCY]1973 and he will be getting fired. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated on 4/11/24 as she arrived to work, observed the male to be standing beside pump #1, stating she pulled directly to the front of the building. Entering the building and advising her coworkers of the situation, in which she observed the male stand beside pump #1 for an extended period of time, later leaving.

I further asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if she would be able to identified the male if I showed her a picture, in which I showed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] a picture of Demeterous Jackson. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] further stated that is the male.

Awaiting video footage from [WITNESS #1], that will be uploaded to evidence.com once obtained. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was advised of restraining order procedures and an official statement will be uploaded. Warrants will be obtained.
