On August 1, 2026, at approximately 9:35 PM, I, Officer Manning, responded to a call for a disturbance at The Cellar Restaurant.
Upon arrival, I made contact with the reporting party in front of the business. The reporting party stated that the offender entered the women’s restroom and used a stall with the door open, causing alarm to patrons. Restaurant employees reported that they had to physically escort the offender out of the establishment after he refused multiple commands to leave.
I then made contact with the offender. He admitted to being intoxicated and acknowledged entering the women’s restroom. I observed a strong odor of an unknown alcoholic beverage coming from his breath and/or body. The offender became resistant during my attempts to detain him and continued to act in a disorderly manner.
The offender was placed under arrest for public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass due to refusing to leave the property when instructed by management.
