On 06-19-2025 at approximately 0029 hours, I Officer Phillips was dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a sexual assault that just occurred. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. The caller told 911 that the male left the scene around 20 minutes prior to the 911 call.

Upon my arrival I made contact with the victims [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told me [REDACTED BY AGENCY] invited her drinking friend “E” over and they got drunk. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told me that as they were drinking [REDACTED BY AGENCY] got tired and went to her bedroom to go to sleep. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told me that once [REDACTED BY AGENCY] went to bed she went into the kitchen and started cooking chicken. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told me that once she was done cooking she went to go wake [REDACTED BY AGENCY] up so that she could eat. She said that as she walked into [REDACTED BY AGENCY] she saw the male named “E” under the sheets [REDACTED BY AGENCY]

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] told me that she asked him what he was doing and yanked the covers off of him. She told me that she observed “E” [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told me that she told “E” to leave the house. She told me at first he did not want to leave, but he eventually did. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] provided the description of “E” to 911 as a dark skin black male wearing a white t-shirt with blue jean shorts.

I then went inside and identified [REDACTED BY AGENCY] as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if she could remember anything that happened and she told me no and just kept talking about hurting him. She did tell me that his name is Earnest. She told me that he was supposed to be a family friend. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told me that Earnest has sex with her other son who was not on scene and [REDACTED BY AGENCY]
