On 07/28/2025 at approximately 1400 hours I Ofc. Lyles was dispatched to the area of 1717 Newnan Crossing Blvd E, in reference to a traffic complaint.

Upon arrival I immediately recognized one of the individuals as Gwendolyn Drake. This was the fourth time today that Ms. Drake had called 911 stating people were following her and jumping out of her vehicle yelling at people and recording them,

At this time I spoke with Ms. Drake that stated the other vehicle was breaking the law and she followed them till they stopped in the parking lot. I spoke with the other subjects to which they stated Ms. Drake followed them to a resturant where she was going to meet her friend, She then stated Ms. Drake exited her vehicle and continued to stare at the other party and pacing back and forth. The other party advised she was in fear and locked her vehicle and closed her windows and was scared to exit her vehicle and was worried about what Ms. Drake would do.

At this time I had spoke with both individuals and was clearing the scene when Ms. Drake decided to return back to the other vehicle and begin yelling. At this time I exited my patrol vehicle and placed Ms. Drake under arrest. Ms. Drake was placed in handcuffs behind the back that were inspected for proper fit and double locked.

Ms. Drake was placed into the rear of Ofc. Hubbards patrol vehicle. Ofc. Hubbard cleared with the business for Ms. Drake to leave her vehicle on scene due to it being in a parking lot.

Ms. Drake was transported to Coweta County Jail and custody was given to jail staff. Ofc. Hubbards patrol vehicle was inspected prior to and after transport.
