On July 19, 2026 I, DS Ball, was dispatched to a dispute at [60 BLOCK] Manchester Dr in reference to a call that the caller’s daughter and daughter’s boyfriend were in the neighborhood having a physical dispute.
I arrived on scene with other deputies and began speaking with the boyfriend Mr. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Mr. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised me they were having a dispute over him alleged cheating on his girlfriend Ms. Jamie Haynes. He advised me the dispute started yesterday and continued into today where she wanted him to leave. He stated he was then walking down the driveway when she drove the car at him.
He showed me videos of the argument but did not see in the video where she drove at him to which he stated he did not get that part on video. He stated when she drove the car at him, he thought she was going to run him over. I then noticed a small cut on his hand to which he stated he thinks it came from the bushes where he was running away from her and denied any physical altercation between the two.
I then spoke with Ms. Haynes who advised me this has been an ongoing argument from where Mr. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] cheated on her and gave her an STD that she is not on antibiotics for. She stated when they woke up this morning the argument started because Mr. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] made a comment to the effect the other female had better sex than Ms. Haynes did. She stated this obviously made her angry and demanded he leave the house to which he refused. She then stated while packing his stuff up and handing it to him her hand got cut but then later stated Mr. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] cut her hand.
I then asked her about the driving of the vehicle and she admitted she drove the vehicle out of the driveway in an a aggressive manner turning the vehicle towards him to make him think she was going to strike him with the vehicle but she did not hit him. She also made the comment if she wanted to hit him, she would’ve hit him several times.
She also advised Mr. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] put a pillow over her face and punched her causing a bruise. I did not observe a bruise to her face. I did observe a cut to her right hand and scratches on her left wrist similar to self-harm marks. I also asked how they wound up at the top of the neighborhood Manchester Dr/ GA 154 and she stated Mr. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] made the comment that his momma was not picking him up leading her to believe it was the other female. She then drove up there to see who was picking him up.
I ran both of their information through NCIC/GCIC and showed no warrants for either party but Ms. Haynes was revoked habitual violator with a title 9 restriction that she was violating driving on the roadway outside of the means of her permit.
I then went back to Mr. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and asked about her injuries and he showed me a video where yesterday she admitted the injuries came from in her sleep. When I asked her about the video, she stated Mr. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] made her state she did it to herself and the injuries to her wrist she did but the cut on her hand was from today. She also again stated he was the one who did it. I then placed Ms. Haynes under arrest for Aggravated Assault.
I gave Mr. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] a victim notification form and a case pamphlet with a case number. Ms. Haynes vehicle was turned over to her father. I then took Ms. Haynes to the jail where she was turned over to jail staff without incident. I then had 911 send me a driver’s history on Ms. Haynes and she was revoked under habitual violator in 2021. Due to her violating her permit withing 5 years I am charging her with Habitual Violator as well.
Photographs were taken of Ms. Hayne’s alleged injuries and will be uploaded into RMS with the video. This falls under FVA due to both parties living together for the past 8 months as boyfriend and girlfriend at [60 BLOCK] Manchester Dr. There is no other recent documented family violence history.
