On the dates between March 7 and March 8, 2026 around 1200 hours and 0100 hours at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Calhoun Street in Newnan, Coweta County, Georgia an Aggravated Assault and two counts of Simple Battery were committed on the Victim [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised LT. MCPHIE that JAMIYA FLORENCE pulled her by the hair and slammed her to the ground and started punching her. Let it be noted according to [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also advised that DEONTIAZ JAHOZ MCKIVER punched her in the side of the face.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] also advised that QUINTINA SEBRAINA MCKIVER had a knife and stabbed her several times. LT. MCPHIE and INVESTIGATOR FORE met with the Victim [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. A witness on scene [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also witnessed the incident and corroborated the statements of [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] several times with closed fists. While FLORENCE is striking [REDACTED BY AGENCY], [REDACTED BY AGENCY] QUINTINA MCKIVER swing her arm in a motion which appears to be a knife stabbing manner. QUINTINA MCKIVER [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stomping [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in the head area with her foot while she is down several times. Several witnesses on scene observed the incident.
While the victim [REDACTED BY AGENCY] is still on the ground, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] QUINTINA MCKIVER with an apparent knife in her hand while holding a piece of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] hair in the other hand which [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. As [REDACTED BY AGENCY] begins to stand up QUINTINA MCKIVER attempts to stab [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in the head area once again.
As [REDACTED BY AGENCY] is lying on the ground QUINTINA MCKIVER once again stomps on the back of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] while holding a knife in her right hand. Let it be noted that QUINTINA MCKIVER is the mother to JAMIYA FLORENCE and DEONTIAZ MCKIVER. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that DEONTIAZ MCKIVER had a firearm in his hand during the incident. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]

LT. MCPHIE sworn and affirmed in front of COWETA COUNTY JUVENILE JUDGE WYATT. JUDGE WYATT granted LT. MCPHIE valid arrest warrants for QUINTINA MCKIVER, DEONTIAZ MCKIVER, and JAMIYA FLORENCE
LT. MCPHIE and INV FORE interviewed Witness [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that QUINTINA MCKIVER had a box cutter in her hand and was cutting [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also advised that DEONTIAZ MCKIVER had a silver handgun in his hand.
A short while later, DEONTIAZ MCKIVER was arrested at his residence on Hardaway Street in Newnan, Coweta County, Georgia. While arresting DEONTIAZ MCKIVER, the residence was locked with a juvenile child inside. A short while later the juvenile child came to the front door. Located hiding behind the front door was QUINTINA MCKIVER. QUINTINA MCKIVER was placed under arrest.
LT. MCPHIE received information that JAMIYA FLORENCE was at a residence at Pines by The Creek. A short while later, FLORENCE was placed under arrest hiding inside an apartment at Pines by The Creek. QUINTINA MCKIVER is charged with Aggravated Assault and Simple Battery.
DEONTIAZ MCKIVER is charged with Simple Battery. JAMIYA FLORENCE is charged with Simple Battery. [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
